Great hotel, always nice to stay there. Nice and quiet, top quality food. Great location.
Great choice for an Aarhus!
This hotel is a great choice when visiting Aarhus. It's about 20 minutes outside the city but that means it's quiet and there's free parking.
The room was large with a coat area and seating area plus the bed. The bed was a little too firm and comforters were individual sized. There were a few pillows to choose from. The curtains weren't blackout but there wasn't much light bleed.
The bathroom was great. There was a deep soaker tub and a separate shower. The amenities were very nice.
Breakfast in the morning didn't offer a lot of variety but the options they had were tasty. The coffee was good, which was important since there was only an electric kettle in the room.
Hotel common areas had pool, ping pong, and foosball available. We would choose this hotel again.

In an area where to be honest I have stuggled to find decent hotels this was a fair choice.
The staff were friendly and efficient, plus the room was perfectly fine. The only drawback was a single bed that was a little too small for my taste. Wifi is good.
The hotel was busy yet service for dinner was prompt and the food good.
Overall if you need somewhere to stay in this area it is a good choice. I do think you will need a car

Family Reunion Perfection
The hotel is close to several smaller communities and the larger city of Aarhus. For a family reunion to the area, it was perfect. The hotel was impressive and the service was exceptional.
We stopped for the night at Montra Hotel Sabro Kro and wish we could stay a week. Quick, friendly service at checkin, nice room with view out over countryside, and quiet!
We had a nice dinner and just relaxed. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great. There was a great selection of food and the staff kept everything full.
We wished we didn’t have to leave because our stay was so enjoyable.
Excellent for a visit to Aarhus
Great hotel in a beautiful area of Denmark just a few minutes out of Aarhus.
Friendly staff, clean bedrooms and bathrooms and spacious room BUT the beds were horrible. Thin top mattress kept sliding off and whole bed kept moving away from the wall as soon as one turned over. Had a very bad night's sleep so not at all rested for long workday the following morning.
A good stay at a nice hotel
Hotel Sabro Kro was what we expected based on other reviews. Rooms spotless, very quite wifi very fast. Excellent breakfast. We did have issue with our booking and checking out but they were all resolved in a friendly way. Would certainly stay again.

It was good for bussiness
We were only there for a night and had a nice time. The hotel had lots of nice amenities and the room was big and well kept. Since it was summer, it was very quiet and the restaurant had a more limited menu, but it was still good experience.
We went as a family of four (two kids) and had booked a Family Room. Considering this we found the room too small given that it was just one "large" room. Had we just been two adults the room would've been very nice.
Apart from that the hotel is very nice. There is table tennis, Wii, gym and the location is close to Aarhus and other lovely places. And since it's a bit outside of Aarhus there is little traffic so you get a quiet sleep.
This hotel was wonderful for our family. They had a foozeball table, ping-pong table and Wii upstairs for general use--kids loved it. The beds were soft and the staff was nice. The restaurant is pricy. But if you get the included breakfast it is very nice!
Comfortable Modern Hotel let down by minor things
Friendly staff, clean and modern hotel, room spacious but view out of window was across hotel car park (rooms other side of corridor looked out across fields). Disappointed with tea/coffee facilities in room - plastic cups and strange (up market?) tea and coffee bags into which you had to poor hot water and wait for tea/coffee to brew . Only 1 bag for tea and one for coffee - each making 2 cups of beverage that we found weak. Suggest take your own tea and coffee. Breakfast OK but a little disappointing. Would visit again.
Everything was excellent! The room had great layout and nice furniture. The breakfast buffet was outstanding - machine to individually squeeze oranges for your fresh juice! Recommended highly and we have passed on this recommendation to other family members when they visit Denmark.
