    Everything was average. Small rooms, lot of outside noise, breakfast average. Staff were nice and helpful.

    Very bad when i arrived at the hotel they gave me the worst room so i asked them for a better room and then they asked me to pay $180 for each day of price difference

    It was a good experience staying at this property and with good hospitality. Staff was cooperative along with some vegetarian options as well.

    They upgraded us to a junior suite which was an amazing room. The breakfast spread was simply unbelievably. Moreover, the staff were really courteous and welcoming

    1- reception staff very friendly , had a fast check in and check out process 2- house keeping staff does not replace the toiletries, or the mini bar after consumption 3- you cannot sign the expenses made in the hotel on the room , u need to pay it each time. very clean hotel and i liked my stay

    Hotel is quite pleasant being a new property, food and services are above average. Location perfect, location is downtown Cairo with places of interest at a stone throw distance. Nile Riverfront, Egyptian museum, and casinos.
