Amazing Views of the Pyramids
Verified review powered by
It was a mini vacation for my niece and I; she lives in Egypt and I was visiting. I wanted to have somewhere to relax, but also wanted "that view" of the pyramids, and Queen Pyramids View Inn delivered that and so much more. Google's address was great at finding the hotel, we just needed to know the building number, 15/16. Our room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, all stairs and no elevator. That's probably the only drawback, if you're looking for something negative, but for us it wasn't a deal breaker. Before our arrival, Khaled (the owner of the hotel) contacted me to ensure an easy process and it was just that the day of check-in. Khaled was always available to assist us with our questions and provide suggestions when needed, and even helped us order dinner delivered to the hotel. Khaled and Osama make you feel at home and are extremely friendly. The room itself and the rooftop are exactly as pictured, though I was pleasantly surprised our balcony was bigger than what the picture showed. Now, the view. The views of the pyramids are beyond amazing, breathtaking, and larger than life. Seriously. You couldn't be closer, except for actually being next to the pyramids. We spent lots of time on the balcony and rooftop to look at the pyramids; they are majestic. The hotel is in a great location; the pyramids are a five minute walk, with tourist shops and restaurants nearby. Truly a perfect hotel for your stay in Giza! I would recommend. Thank you very much Khaled and Osama.

Excellent hosts. They made us feel at home. We stayed there for 1 week with a balcony view of the pyramids. Very respectful and great source of information. Osama and Hamza were always pleasant and kind. The room is very comfortable, hot showers , air conditioning and immaculate clean. The best guesthouse in the whole Egypt. Without a doubt I would be back there when back to Egypt. Will recommend to anyone.

Staying at Queen Pyramids View Inn was a great experience. From the moment we arrived at the Cairo airport, our host Osama arranged for a driver to pick us up (additional fee). It was a very smooth process. When we arrived at his hotel he greeted us with a warm welcome. Osama and his staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. He was very knowledgeable of the area and honest with his recommendations. The room was cozy and extremely clean. The rooftop had amazing views of the pyramids and the delicious Egyptian breakfast was a plus. Also, the hotel is situated in a prime location, just a 5min walk to the Pyramid entrance. This was extremely convenient, especially since getting around in Cairo can be overwhelming. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Queen Pyramids View Inn. It was a great experience and Osama and his staff make it that much better. Thank you Osama for treating us like family brother.

Osama and his family go to incredible lengths to make sure your trip to Egypt is extraordinary. Everything from the daily homemade breakfast on the roof top deck overlooking the pyramids, including: falafel, boiled eggs, bread, jam, honey, cheese, beans, coffee and juice, to sending his mom to buy underwear for me when one of my bags didn’t arrive with me to Cairo, to arranging tours, to getting you the best prices for souvenirs; we could not have asked for better hosts. The room was spotless. You have to climb some stairs to get to it, but the view it oh so worth it. And the new friendships made are even better. If you are looking for a great place to stay near Giza don’t hesitate.

The view from the rooftop is amazing. Really appreciated the hot water geyser in our bathroom and loved the tameya for breakfast (in fact I wished there was more home cooked Egyptian food at breakfast :) My main complaint here is that the guide that was arranged through Osama was not a guide but only a driver. We paid quite a lot for a private tour of the Giza pyramids & the Saqqara complex but Muhammad said very little to us. I know everyone is trying to make the most out of the tourist situation but I felt ripped off and made me less fond of our experience at the inn.
Excellent 100/10, the place to stay in Giza

I can’t recommend this amazing place enough. The owners made our stay very pleasant. First of all the hotel is spotless y comfortable. Excellence location, amazing view to the pyramids from the terrace and couple of rooms. Walking distance to the pyramids entrance. They helped us since we arrived to Cairo airport, they pick us up at 2:00 am and waited for us to show us the place. Osama and Hamza made sure we have all we needed. Helped with booking tours and took care of us as familia. Thank you so much Osama and family for having is. Highly recommend and I will book this place over and over when I visit Egypt.
Great location - Exceptional Service

We chose this hotel because of the location, but will end up going back due to the impeccable service we received from Osama and his family. They booked excursions for us, showed us local dining spots, and we even shared in a birthday celebration. The rooms were clean, cool (AC) and tidy. The upstairs balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a view. Being in the service industry, this is the number one thing that will keep me coming back. Osama and his crew exceeded all of our expectations. Can't wait to come again!

If i could rate this property 7 stars for service I would! Osama, Hamsa and his family made me feel like part of their family from the moment I arrived. They took care of anything I needed, as a solo female traveler they helped me out in every way and made my stay in Giza hassle-free (big bonus). The room is very clean and comfortable, breakfast had different options and the rooftop has unbeateable views of the Pyramids. One thing I would recommend because I learn from experience: TRUST his recommendations on where to shop, what tour guides to go with, etc. Osama and his family are very honest and are looking out for your best interest. They do not go after commissions and kickbacks, so you pay a very fair price. I learned the hard way that I paid 3 times more for an egyptian fragrance. Hia family were so kind and I will absolutely come here again any time I come to Egypt!
A Gem hotel near the Pyramids

We spent 4 nights in August 2022 in this nice small hotel with spacious and modern room and bathroom, with mini fridge, AC, comfortable beds, quiet and clean room, good wifi, a closet and tv cable. The hotel has a terrace with view of the Pyramids and night show. The owner Osama was in communication by whatup before our arrival to answer our questions, organize an airport pick up and tours. Osama and his employee when the extra mile to respond to our needs and ensure our stay was pleasant. Within the 4 blocks from the hotel are the Pyramids Entrance Gate, souvenirs shops, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, hospital, police, and the main road. The area is safe.

As previous reviews mention, this property is clean and it's also updated. I stayed here twice. I appreciated this place much more after I experienced a not so clean hotel elsewhere. This is a family owned and operated Inn.The people do make it a more more pleasant. They are kind and super friendly. They do treat you like family. We were invited to their actual home for tea and juice. Osama was attentive, anything I needed he made it happen. I do suggest you venture out to restaurants by looking on yelp or trip adviser. I wasn't too concern that I would be charged "tourist" prices, as a lot of these menus have set prices. Some of my favorite places to eat I found by looking online.

Very helpful staff with taking advantage of opportunities in the local area! Great place that's close to everything - would stay here again when returning to Cairo

Very nice and charming hotel (made more like an Egyptian row house mansion). We saw the pyramids from our balcony which are within walking distance. Beautiful sight!!! Staff was extremely helpful. There's great free breakfast food and tea that the staff service on the hotel rooftop balcony overlooking the pyramids. We had our own personal rental car to explore and sightsee Egypt, but you can book your tours through the hotel. The hotel owner Osama and his family (now our extended family) are really outstanding. Truly one of the best experiences and vacations we've had.

Outstanding little boutique-ish hotel. Spotless, a/c & hot water in abundance, fantastic roof deck, nice breakfast. Walk to Giza Pyramids in about 5 minutes. Osama (no, not that Osama) & his cousin are very accommodating. They’ll get you whatever you need. He also lives on the property. Would stay again.

This place is amazing. I love it. The owner and his family was so attentive and make us feel home. I gain a new family with them. The room was perfect, the service and everything he even help us plan our trips for the places we wanted to go. And omg the view in the rooftop was just the best. Definitely I’m returning to Egypt and staying with them. If you are looking for a place that’s family oriented, quiet, amazing service, and so many other things you should definitely give the Queen Pyramids View Inn a try, you would enjoy your visit.

I had a wonderful experience at the Queen Pyramids view hotel. The staff was efficient, pleasant, and very helpful. The staff provided a high-quality service and they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. The property in general was clean and well care for. My breakfast was a breathtaking experience having my falafels and my delicious tea with an awesome view of the pyramids. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Fantastic! Great location with a view of the pyramids. The owners are great and very helpful, they treat you like family which is important since Giza is a difficult place to navigate. They are more than happy to go above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

The hotel was in an excellent location if you want to stay by the pyramids (5 min walk) and have a perfect view of them in the day and night! My dad and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. They had breakfast for us every morning and tea at night. They also offer us free water every day. The staff is one of the kindness people we have encounter here in Egypt, they where really helpful with everything!! We felt like part of the family and they made us feel like home. Rooms and bathrooms where really clean and our balcony had a beautiful view of the pyramids. I will definitely stay here again once I am back in Cairo!! Highly recommend to stay here!!!

From the roof you have a perfect view of the pyramids and even the Sphinx! The rooms are fresh, clean and well appointed - for the price, this is a great budget place to stay. Great hot water and heating/cooling make a sty at any time of the year comfortable. Staff are attentive and happy to help with anything guests need.
