The hotel is in an excellent location with a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance. However, my hotel room is very tired and desperately in need of a renovation.

The only thing that was somewhat lacking was the toiletries.
Spent 5 nights. The hotel rooms are very basic. However, our room was spacious for European standards and clean. The hotel was quiet. Lots of eating options in the area. Easily walkable to Old Lyon. Breakfast buffett was typical and just fine for my husband and I. They saved the day one morning with carry out coffee as we had an early train to catch. Hotel staff was friendly and helped schedule taxis and provided good advice on how long to give ourselves to catch trains and getting to the airport.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The rooms were good size, modern and the AC worked well on days that approached 100F. The location can't be beat, on a quiet street, and within walking distance of old town and many restaurants.
Exceptional location. Larnell at the front desk was outstanding!

The receptionist thought we stole the canteen water bottle that they let us borrow during our stay. We returned it to another receptionist and told her that but she continued to ask and question us as we brought a very similar water bottle from back home and she thought it was the hotels. It was not - it’s ours and we didn’t appreciate this. Terrible.
Greeted warmly, room was excellent and AC worked well. Petit dejeuner was an excellent continental spread as advertised. Well positioned on the Presqu'ile and one block and one bridge from Lyon Vieux.
