    Good location, poor behaviour from one particular front desk staff

    This was my second stay at leonardo munich city south hotel, last i stayed here was in may 2023. The main reason for choosing this hotel is the location, getting a public transport from here is very easy, you just step out and take bus no:53 which has multiple connecting roots to city centre like marienplatz and to airport also. It's also in proximity to good indian restaurants and other shops like lid l where you can by good quality of chocolate's and other food stuff. My reason to assign low rating is the unhospitable behaviour of front desk manager valencia, she was very unwelcoming and when an issue regarding ventilation in wash room was put forward by me to her instead of addressing the issue with a smile she was preachy bordering on rudeness. I travel across europe and other parts of world, have never experienced such poor behaviour from front desk staff of any hotel.
