Very good location right across a metro station. The restaurant for breakfast is managed by another vendor. The housekeeping was pretty good. Not much options in breakfast. But very clean and predictable

We stayed 4 n. The property is behind time square mall and causeway bay mtr. In the entire trip, we used mtr. For visiting sightseeing places. Checkin is very fast. Infact they gave room at 12 pm. Breakfast was a little disappointed. Only chinese food in breakfast. We had food in dilliwale an indian restaurant, around 450meters from holiday inn express. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are small. Good housekeeping services. Overall by staying here, we saved money, time and enjoyed the trip

The hotel is very well located. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and decent storage cupboard. Table, sofa and wifi very useful. Breakfast needs to be international and not chinese

Its a business hotel better for solo traveller's, small rooms and wash rooms, no breakfast options for indian vegetarians, they serve a piece of cake and a small cup cake with coffee or tea in the breakfast, best location adjacent to time square

Excellent location, nice clean rooms, we had two rooms and the request for a late check out was accepted immediately for one room. A good choice if you are travelling alone or as a couple.

Nice and excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful. The only thing needed improvement was that check-in took time and could have been better.
