The property was under annual maintenance so most of the areas were not fully accessible. But the staff made sure to offer a delightful experience

Property is good and in normal standards of novotel. Rooms are bit small as it is a tourist place, but too costly. Location wise for tourist i think kawoleen would have been a better place

Rooms are very small. Room service is very slow. All are chinese speaking when they come for room. Service. You can't even explain them what you need.

The hospitality shown by their staff members were really impressive. The ambiance was great. Centrally located and very close to Wanchai MTR. They could have kept varieties of South Asian cuisines for breakfast instead of serving the same options daily. Overall a fabulous stay.

The hotel is about 500 mtr from the Wanchai MTR station , the front desk staff was very prompt, rooms are in accordance with the trend all over in HK that is small but still did not feel a crunch in the space and has a TV, electric kettle, hair dryer, a place for luggage - decent size almirahs and most importantly well designed toilets. Our room was upgraded to an executive floor so we even had a nespresso machine which was excellent, the gym and pool was nice - big enough and clean. Overall - a good value for money.

Novotel itself is a brand and this hotel of Novotel stand up to the mark and maintain its reputation. Hospitality is the best. Location of the hotel is so good that you can walk to the main attractions of Hong Kong. Ferry terminal near by, mtr Station only 300 meters away, all facilities at walking distance. Overall best place to stay in Hong Kong.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. Near to mtr and bus terminal is just 3 minute walking distance. Store is opposite side of the road. Room with partial view of harbor. Bed was not much comfortable for 2 adults and one child. Bathroom was good. Swimming pool was very clean. Overall, was a good experience.

Close to wan chai and the business district of the island the Novotel is a decent place to stay. Average building from outside but inside is decent. The gym is well equipped and pool decent. The rooms a tad bit small but decent nevertheless. It’s what Novotel offers in terms of clean organised spaces. The bed was super comfy and Housekeeping meticulous. Although had read good things about the breakfast, I found it to be a standard hotel buffet breakfast, so good but not outstanding. The welcome drink selection as a silver member was nice and the all day bar a good breakout area.

Very well centrally located place for business and staff very co operative. From Airport express Station they have a free shuttle to this hotel which makes it more convenient. Breakfast was well spread and very good staff.
