Checkin was very smooth. Our flight arrived very early in the morning. They gave us the room much before the check in time. House keeping is really good. Room is cleaned very well everyday. We are a couple with a 14 yo daughter. We took a queen bed room. The bed felt a bit small though. Location is a 100. Mtr is closeby. Shopping mall is few steps. Lots of places to eat. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Ideal location to visit lantau cable car and disneyland. Close to the airport with free shuttle service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is bit disappointing as there are very limited options for non chinese residents. Even cereals and fresh fruits are missing

Room was good with good metro connectivity but the food served as an indian vegetarian was disgustingly bad. Very few veg options with heavy chinese smell.

Stayed for one night on our way to china. Location is near to airport but far from main city and there is no logistics available if you want to go to main city in night. Spread in breakfast was limited with no options for vegetarians. Even in room service in night we could not get any food / vegetarian sandwich. Shuttle services for airport is prompt.

Helpful in allowing early checkin as i arrived at 10am, 2 rooms, had an early flight arrival, so helped us freshen-up and go for tour

Everything was good except the food. Also room needs to have a weighing scale. Food was not upto the standards staff was polite

Great location. Close to the airport and disneyland. And the mtr is there, in case you want to go to hong kong harbour or kowloon or causeway it's easy. The biggest plus is the luntau big buddha, disneyland and airport. The breakfast buffet is decent, the hotel rooms are spacious with all amenities. The only thing we found odd was the reluctance of the hotel to provide drinking water! it's a leed certified hotel, i understand sustainability but not giving water is bizarre!

very convenient location at lantau island . just next to mall, MTR, bus station..perfect for Disney , Buddha , cable car, pink dolphin tour . mall is just next door has many food options . buffet breakfast at hotel is very limited but can work if grabbing a quick bite and leaving for visiting the tourist location. overall good property with good service and veg convenient location. people can consider staying here and visiting central and tsim sha in day trips if staying in centre of hong kong is not a requirement

Best stay. Close to disneyland. Just one stop to the train to disney. Shopping outlets too in the same building cable car station also same building. Just a perfect place for tourist. For indians breakfast doesn’t not have much options. We managed with a bakery next to the mrt station

Excellent stay. Neat rooms. Mtr station and ngong ping is walking distance away. Very close to airport (15 mins travel. They also have to and fro free airport shuttles running every 20 mins. They provide ample complimentary water bottles upon request. They have bath tub in bathrooms. They can have water kettles to heat water. Indian citizens, there are no water jetspray in toilets, anywhere in hong kong, so you have to use tissues during your stay in hk.

They do not have rooms to offer for early checkin, rooms are if very small size, in room dining is too poor with very less options and that too close by 10:00 pm
