Great location and best service We headed to Nusa Penida to celebrate my birthday, and we chose this Pramana Natura Nusa Penida. It impressed me by its picturesque location on the ocean shore. The rooms offer breathtaking views of Agung volcano and the mountains of Bali. It was the perfect place to relax! Among the pros: Of course, the excellent location and seclusion. Great service: the Pramana Natura Nusa Penida staff was professional and very polite, ensuring comfort and satisfying all our needs. We even managed to film with a drone on the grounds of our villa. We asked permission from the staff, they alerted all the guests. It's great that they care about the comfort of every guest! Upon our arrival, they decorated the room with balloons, flowers, and prepared a cake with "Happy Birthday" written on it. It was very sweet!😍 The room design is beautiful and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, all hygiene essentials. They cleaned while we were exploring the island, and the room was always tidy upon our return! I also want to express special thanks for the coffee machine in the room. That's great! The Pramana Natura Nusa Penida offers a wide range of entertainment and services. There's a spa center, a high-class restaurant. Compared to other establishments on the island, the food here is amazing! We enjoyed everything. Live music. Affordable prices. In the evening, the restaurant staff surprised me and congratulated me on my birthday. I really felt special that day!🎂🙏🏻 As for the cons: I would highlight the road. There is a small section of bad road on the way to the Pramana Natura Nusa Penida. But it's not that critical! It's worth it! The Pramana Natura Nusa Penida undoubtedly deserves a high rating and recommendation for a perfect vacation.

Property view is awesome, food and spa is average, don' expect hospitality from them, dont do pickup or tourist car from Pramana Natura Nusa Penida, there drivers never land, enjoy the view for a day and you can leave.
