Great Location and Hotel!
Respati is a wonderful gem of a hotel located directly on a beautiful beach in Sanur. The rooms are very modern, spotlessly clean, and come with a mini fridge with tea/coffee making facilities and supplies, as well as daily water. There are also thoughtful amenities such as tooth brushes and slippers. There are plenty of free sun loungers on the beach and beach service. The pool is very clean and inviting.The breakfast is a mix of Western and Asian dishes, and although basic, plentiful. The location of the hotel, right on the beach walk, has numerous restaurants nearby, as well as the new ICON MALL. The staff are very friendly and kind. It's the sort of place you are unhappy to leave!

brian.partnerOct 31, 2024 Location Location Location says it all a great place to stay in Sanur, close to great bars and restaurants along the boardwalk and close to the new shopping centre also some good places to eat at the front of the resort along the main road. I found the restaurant and bar a little disappointing with poor service around the pool wich was none existent but overall i would stay again.
scott.partnerOct 31, 2024 I really felt that for what we paid for our stay the property and service more than delivered. The hotel is in a perfect spot in Sanur with easy access to a number of amenities such as shopping, restaurants and the night market.
The restaurant is the biggest let down in that it is very obvious that the cheapest products are used, a lot is frozen products which is extremely disappointing especially as the price reflects that of a lot higher quality . The property itself is in need of a face lift. Lots of patch up jobs. TVs in rooms are that old that you cannot enjoy your own streaming services. And only have a couple of channels. The shower was very average.

I gave the hotel 2 stars because of cleanliness and maintenance issues. The day I arrived the shower drain was clogged and the water flooded the bathroom. The wash basin was also clogged they had to come and clean that. The towels were dirty they needed to change them and the bed sheets had stains. After they changed it, also the new ones had stains. It was really terrible. The location of the hotel is superb and the beach front is really beautiful. The grounds of the hotel is very well kept. It is too bad that they are not paying attention to maintenance and cleanliness.

Enjoyed our stay at Respati. Location was spot on. Access to beach directly out front. Staff and facilities were very good.

The breakfast was good and overall given it’s location on the beach, we were very happy with our stay.
Really nice 3 star hotel. Stayed in a bungalow which was private and quiet. Hotel style rooms also look nice. Lots of recliners on the beach. Nice selection for breakfast including omelette station. We look forward to staying here again.

Sanur has a very nice beach promenade, restricted to pedestrians and cyclists, extending right along the beach front for 4-5 kms. Respati’s beachfront access places it in about the middle of the promenade so it is easy to have a walk either north or south without the hassle of traffic. Additionally, Respati provides numerous guest sun beds on an area of beach. Although a little windy, the ocean was delightfully warm and clean while we were there in July. Respati is built on a long skinny block with beach access at one end and access to the main tourist shopping/eating street - Jalan Danau Tamblingan – and its cars and scooters. The hotel buildings are well maintained too but showing their age in some areas eg the shower may not be pristine. The gardens are tropical and colourful and well maintained. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Our booking included breakfast which is served in the nice restaurant adjacent to the beach. The adequate breakfast was a mix of Indonesian and Western breakfast items with different dishes appearing on different days. Even though we preferred to swim in the ocean, the pool looked nice and was well maintained. The pool is small so has only a limited number of loungers available. Air conditioning was excellent. Wifi a bit patchy but adequate. We paid $130AUD a night for our deluxe room. Based on the wide range of prices in Sanur we thought it reasonable value for money.

Fantastic stay, fabulous hotel with very friendly staff.
The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable.
