Loved the villa and the location. Even though it was a little outside of the city; the overall stay was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

First the good thing: 1. Amazing rooms improvement areas 1. Room service is via what-app inf-act any service is via whatsapp - irritating sometimes 2. Despite luxury rares basic amenities are missing - no milk sachets; iron press; tissues 3. Room services is upto 4pm. So if you visit places and come bqck in evening, no cleaning available. Bizzare logic! 4. Very limited food menu. Misery for vegetarians as prqctically nothing here 5. Property lights missibg at night, basically non existant, making it unsafe for walking 6. Very small portions of serving. Not enuf for adults 7. Breakfast if included in package is strictly one serving only. You cannot ask for refill, how rude is that 8. They charge service charge, which is the 1st i've seen here in bali

I am speechless. The place is just awesome specially staff are very courteous please go ahead don't worry before booking only one drawback no grab from here. But if you are looking for stay in nature you have to ignore this
