Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable room with great aircon & cleanliness. Hotel amenities like poolside bar and dining amazing. All together a delightful trip. Will come back again.

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is very conveniently located approx 20-25 mins from the airport and other major beaches in jimbaran and ulluwatu. Somehow we didn't like the food.

The location is great, staff is very courteous and helpful, amenities and services are excellent. Food is not excellent but good.

The location of the resort is good. It is right on the beach. The overall service is good but check in process might take some time.

Not unlike any of the Holiday Inn I visited

This is a pretty average hotel and doesn't do justice to the brand Holiday Inn remotely which is quite famous. It doesn't come across as a 3/4 star hotel, as its not very tidy (paints are black in room), air conditioning is terrible in common areas, food is horrible (including breakfast). To compound this the other fact is the hotel manager at front desk is horrible. The only objective is to squeeze customer money. We went there for anniversary celebrations, they didn't even have the courtesy to treat us in a bit pampered manner to make the occasion special. For everything they just quote prices with flat face. Never considering this again in life, would rather prefer the Ibis hotel bang opposite it.

Great Resort for kids with a kids play area, pool etc. The Beach is not as clean as some other close by properties.

Love to be there every time. Superb pool and Beach pool. A lot of fun.
Room were superb but premises was great. Love to be there every time. Only the issue with the food. Not a single Indian vegetarian food available in good condition.
