The hotel was accessible easily. The swimming pool was nice and cosy. The hotel staff were soft and polite.

The stay was superb the property is to good service was good. The best part of the kokonut suites its in the center good clubs and good cafes are just 20 min drive if no traffic only 10 mins away

Location is good, its a main road in front but have a walking area so no noise inside. Mini mart 24x7 outside hotels. Some bars and cafe also. Money changed just outside. Grabtaxi/Gojek pickup no issues. Beach is bit far I think as I only went by cab. Service is quite nice. Heater didn't work but they fixed it. Room has kitchenette with some utensils Washroom has dryer, bathtub. Extra bed is also nice. Very small private garden access is for smoking if you want. And also to sit in morning. Staff is always smiling and ready to help. Only negative is spa timing which I think are from 9 to 6 pm and prior appointment required because I received 2 welcome vouchers for 15 mins massage which I couldn't use because of timings in my 4 days of stay. I went spa twice to use but couldn't use because of spa time limitation.

My family absolutely loved our stay here, the private garden and spacious living room was so perfect. Highly recommend this place. Situated in a very nice location, excellent staff and a cafe with really good bakery products.

Great hotel

For me the only problem its was during the shower . Even with me and my business partner being careful, there was a leak of water coming out and making a mess in the bathroom every single time we had to take shower . Other thing which I have to comment is about the free massage which they offer . If its for free or not the same should be done in a private room, not in garden, where there was people crossing by all the time, plus the noise of the gardener doing his work. The rest was great!
What a lovey stay, brilliant in everything. I loved everything out here, the food, staff, rooms and ambiance. I would recommend you to stay here for an experience of a lifetime. So what are you waiting for go pack your bags and enjoy the holiday, Cheers.
