I am forced to give 1 rating to this hotel since there is No other derog option here First of all they gave me the room which I didn't booked and then they were not ready to change as hotel was full and gave me much smaller room post that I upgraded to Suite room by giving extra charge and there suite room is like normal room with No view and photographs shared is different of rooms and we have to wait for 1-2 hrs to change the room coming to room, very poor amenities provided and it seems like dharamshala they even didn't had shower in washroom instead they had made hand shower as shower by hanging the same Staff is not cooperative and Didn't had much options in Indian cuisine and whatever was there taste pathetic worst experience staying here and is highly not recommended to anyone We pay for hospitality and services but we didn't got anything here lifts are too small, walls are dampened, fridge not working, bath tub given is of no use highly disappointed ☹️☹️

Spacious room with balcony and bathtub. Wide breakfast buffet with many vegetarian options and also they provide breakfast in box if we are going out early for some activity. Property is road touch and 15 minutes drive from airport. Staff is very friendly

It's a good budget friendly hotel, serving vegetarian indian food for breakfast as well. Location wise also it's good as the kuta market is nearby only. Multiple indian restaurants are nearby e. G. -golden saffron, punjab grill etc.

One of the worst experience we had in bali, manager was inhuman, he didn't even understand the condition which a female faces, but ignoring that he put huge penalty on us.

Budget hotel near kuta

A decent hotel in kuta area and a food court is nearby. We got a free room upgrade as the room type we booked was not available (as we arrived late because of our flight timings.

The reception was not supportive. Although we booked 3 bedded and breakfast for 3 adults, they offered double bed and breakfast for 2 persons only. After lots of arguments, they have agreed. Housekeeping staff was very inadequate and non responsive. The room and food were ok.

Please read this if you are planning to book this hotel. It was a complete disaster. I had booked a superior room of this for 2 days. The first day, i noticed a couple of cockroches in room and water clogging in the bathroom washbasin. So i asked for a change of room. Whatever the options they showed me after that. They were with cockroches or lizard. It's like as soon the guard opens the door to show it to you. Cockroches rushing on you. Finally, with no option to refund the money or cancellation of booking, i chose one of the room which were shown as the front desk staff was neither ready to upgrade or degrade the room and accommodate us to some other option. Now this new room has below issues -ac was not working properly -water clogging in bathroom washbasin again -front desk staff is very casual about your problems, and they are like we are sorry, but there were not any calculative actions to rectify things. I had informed about ac thing at night. For which they sent someone who said he will check the machine and we never heard back from him again. We waited till 12 am for him to respond back and in the morning we could see water leakage from ac and water on the floor. Breakfast was ok ok. But atleast staff there was supportive enough. This place is not near to any central market or kuta beach or something. This is really not 4* hotel and just like a normal hotel. I would not suggest this at all. There are lot of options. But these are the ones where i have tried. Don't spoil your trip with this hotel.

The hotel was very peaceful and had good amenities. I was busy all day with sight seeing so i was only present at the hotel for the night time and breakfast. So my purpose for that was served well by the hotel. Breakfast provided was a buffet with a large variety of delicious food! overall had a great time!
