The location of the property is excellent. The property is old and requires a makeover. Considering the location, the property is huge and very well laid out. The staff were very courteous. Breakfast spread was awesome!

Stayed at ocean view room, very good view in morning. Located at the kuta beach. Staff is polite and accepts requests made by customers. Just one review new beach wing rooms are bit isolated. So we requested to change to new wing and it was accepted

Right next to the beach. The sea view rooms have great view of the beach. You can watch sunset from the room. The friendly and helpful staff are one of the best things about this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Service is prompt. The pools are well maintained.

This hotel is located right next to the beach. It has a swimming pool facing the beach, and you can just be there and enjoy the sunset overlooking the indian ocean. Other thing to note is this is at the center of all the buzz in kuta, you can just go out for a bit of shopping, walk along the sea shore and try out plethora of options along the way for food and drinks. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Service staff is very polite and they took care of every request in a prompt manner. Restaurant is decent, the good thing is they provided custom option for our vegetarian friends.

Awesome hotel, huge property with 3 pools, great location, superb hospitality. Most importantly each & every staff be is from reception, travel desk, housekeeping, etc. Always smiles at you, greets you, asks about stay, visits, it always makes you feel special, good. Everything is just awesome. Will definitely recommend. Keep it up the entire team. You guys rock

Terrible stay. We had booked triple occupancy rooms. However hotel denied for the 3rd person and was asking extra bed charges for 3rd person. No extra bedding was provided. The manager says that 3rd person is entitled for breakfast only and not stay. Property is good but the management policy is pathetic. There are other hotels in the vicinity at cheaper rates and better service.

Rooms are not upto mark. We booked for 3 pax ( my family). Paid but not provided extra bed for my daughter. Asked for extra charge. Ac water leakage problem

Superb location right at the beach front, spacious rooms, beautiful garden with two pools, breakfast spread is good, in the middle of the main beach market, indian restaurant close by. Over all an awesome experience and stay. Must visit.

Very good location with good amenities. They having 3 swimming pools, also beach is just step away back side. The food options also good having atleast 2 restaurants inside. Recommend for few days stay in kuta.
