Room ac was not working for 3 days and so many lizards in the room poor breakfast and pool was also not clean had to call many times to clean pool and jacuzzi. I need a compensation on this

Bed was making a terrible noise, we slept on sofas, property was far enough from the ubud market.

Rooms are very nice and spacious. It is super affordable we got private pool. Food is inexpensive and tastes good. Staff is very professional. This was the best hotel i stayed in ubud. The only thing which can be improved is jacuzzi experience

The hotel is surrounded by rice farms and the villas are in a good bunch of greenery which automatically attracts reptiles. The hotel is a lot better in comparison to what photos it offers . Good and supportive staff

I would rate this villa average as location of this villa is being weird, I never notice that I will get so much of forest type of feeling, there was a lizard which ruin our 3 nights of stay, full of snail. I am not denying about the on call service, as whenever I called for them they were ready but on first view this would not happened, also staff was not able to move out that lizard, every time they say it won't disturb you. Henceforth, overall I would rate it average.

We traveled as two families and were embarrassed as there was 1 bath for a 2 bed room villa. Worst of all, the bath was transparent and visible from outside. And the hotel management didn’t care to provide a solution despite us having 3 kids along with a 2 year old baby. Would not recommend - lastly I am not sure we can take MMT’s 5 star or 4 star categorization. This would at best be a 2-3 star. MMT has to follow the international categorization and standard of 5 or 4 star. Felt let down by MMT.

The hotel location was 5 minutes from the Ubud Main Street and the hotel provided a hourly shuttle to and from the Ubud Palace. They did not have a buffet menu , but prepared everything from the scratch whatever you ordered. We loved the breakfast menu. The food was awesome !
I had an amazing stay at Ubud Green Villa. I booked a two bedroom Villa, which is good for 3 people and not 4 since one room is small. But apart from that, I loved the Villa. We had a Jacuzzi and a private pool with rice paddy view. The breakfast menu was amazing and the hotel provided a shuttle to all nearest locations. Special shout out to the staff for the being absolutely amazing hosts. They were very helpful and friendly. Also, do not miss out in the spa service.

Nice place to stay. Beach facing villas and resort. Pool is amazing and breakfast is good. Value for money. Kuta street market is near to hotel location. Nearby you can get everything you want. Wonderful stay.

We were on Honeymoon and we had wonderful stay in Bayu villa. Private Pool was a wonderful experience and the staff and food was great. The staff is very helpful and they also arrange many local trips and useful stuff. The resort is very eco friendly and is at very good location. Overall it was a great experience.

Excellent experience. It’s feels like as if you are living in a jungle but actually you are in the middle of the city. Hotel staff is very good and very co-operative. Went out the of the way to provide is pure veg food. They have no common swimming pool.
