    Good rooms neat & clean. Location is very good. Walkable distance from tourist places and indian restaurants

    Rooms are good, neat and clean. Staff's are very cooperative. Location is very good. Only issue is vegan food options.

    This is the only decently built hotel in pis a but not maintained at all. The staff were very unwelcoming. We booked family room and there was dust all over. The balcony chairs were rusted. As we are vegetarians, the only thing we could eat in breakfast was cornflakes. My husband ate grilled vegetables and ended up puking multiple times after that.

    Terrible Stay

    There was no phone in my room and the hotel admin said we don’t have instrument in stock. I stayed for 3 nights by extending my stay and yet they couldn’t give me a phone. Terrible management.

    Hotel is near Pisa Tower(1km walk). No shops nearby. No bus stop nearby. Rooms were good but my room phone was not working(complained about it but not repaired). Pisa is small town, find hotel near tower if possible.

    Good, clean and big hotel.

    The hotel could have been better for the price. The location is great but then you cannot go wrong with the location in a small town. The pool is shut from late September and is open only during daytime. Overall was clean and the toiletries on offer were great. The rooftop garden was not great.
