4.8 stars for the wonderful Umedaholic Hotel, Osaka. With modern room facilities(well thought design with functional features). Located in the heart of Umeda with many F&Bs, entertainment around the corner. Staffs are friendly & helpful too, bravo!

Loved the hotel itself - well located in terms of access to train stations (but they are all approx 12-15 min walk away) and felt modern. Loved the complimentary snacks, drinks and toiletries but the coffee machine was not always working. Also think it would benefit from coffee machine being available at all times (not just from 12pm). Rooms are a good size and staff were friendly. Room is only cleaned every other day (it's cleaned for the first time after 2 nights stay). Some lovely local restaurants and bars within a 5-7 min walk!

Nice hotel, good size rooms with a comfortable bed and nice shower.. all that is important was good.
Some might say the location is not so good but it's very close to my customer office and I think it's a good location.
Staffs are friendly.
Room too small and washroom is terribly small, the sink is outside the toilet.
Other than the room being a bit tiny, I liked everything else including helpful English speaking staff. Quality snacks and refreshments were served in the afternoon. I learned that Herbis Osaka bus terminal near Osaka station would be the best place to catch an airport limousine bus to go to the Kansai airport, especially if you have multile luggage since there would be more seat choice and less crowded.
A bit far from the train in a weird way, sort of inconvenient location if you need to use the trains often. Staff were not very helpful in some cases. Overall not one of the top hotels I have been to or even close to that.

Very modern and appealing for your artistic palette. Rooms are extra cozy. Firm bed was amazing.The best toilet.

Super friendly staff. Nice and clean facilities. Close to Osaka main station and other smaller sub’s. Stayed there twice. Will come back.
priscilla.friendsOct 08, 2024 Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, certes un peu excentré du centre, mais très calme. Le personnel est au petit soin, tres serviable et souriant. Le petit dejeuner est bon mais peu lasser au bout du 4e jour. Chambre propre mais peu spacieuse, manque un peu de rangement pour les valises. Dans l'ensemble, bonne experience. Adresse à retenir.

Siamo arrivati prima del check in e lasciato i bagagli a loro e al rientro in camera erano già in stanza. In più ogni giorno ci hanno dato oltre alle asciugamani pulite, 2 bottigline di acqua. Molte le amenities presenti in struttura (anche prodotti skincare) compreso distributore di acqua, di ghiaccio e indeterminati orari macchina del caffè, bibite varie e anche gelati. Ci tornerei sicuramente
Hotel in a Pleasure District
Umedaholic is far from the main station. It's a solid 15-20 min walk and if you have a lot of luggage, it's annoying. Umeda is the "Men's Passion" district, so there are a lot of hostess clubs around. It's a drinking, gambling, red light district. The entrance is on the south side of the building, Google directions will lie to you. Nearby is a convenience store. The hotel offers drinks and snacks to it's guests which was a nice bonus, and much appreciated. They have a water filter and ice machine, along with vending machines. The laundry machines status was updated via TV status so you could tell when they were in use and when they were free. Do you have a netflix account? You could log into the account with a QR code, easily and access your typical account no problems and it would also log you out, so you wouldn't have to worry about someone else using your account. Overall this was probably one of the better hotels I stayed in, even though its location was inconvenient. The breakfast left a lot to be desired however, as the food wasn't great.
梅田駅から地下道を通ってホテルの近くまで行けるので便利でした。スタッフの方の雰囲気もサービスも良かったです。また大阪に伺う際は利用させていただきます。
