    Rooms were exceptional in every aspect but way too small. Good for single persons or short stays upto 2 days

    Most cost-efficient room around shinjuju

    I think they are the most cost-efficient hotel around shinjuku for those who wants to stay in a clean and well-managed room and can't afford a luxury one. They are like reducing unnecessary extra things from hotel rooms and focusing on keeping the necessary things the best. You just need to be ready for a tiny size of room (totally enough for a-few-luggage-only travellers) and a small amount of tea bags (absolutely sufficient for eco-oriented travellers. Else, the same level of quality as good hotels. It is like they allow us to pay for only necessary items and services without wasting things much. Only if you want a bigger luxury room with full of extra amenities, better to choose from other hotels.
