    It’s a wonderful property with excellent staff and service. Wonderful location with great view. I recommend take a room with the view the extra money is so worth

    Everything was good about the hotel. Especially Mr Gole was very kind to take the bag from our room till exit. One thing, I did not had a great experience as the Taxi he booked for us it took like extra charge. We took the Taxi from the hotel to Haneda airport and the Taxi driver took YEN 6250. Which we feel was too much. We had only 4 big bags and I don’t think he should have charged us so much extra for just 2 extra bags. This should be rectified. We are staying in Hotel Grand Nikki Tokyo since past 10 years.

    The hotel was itself a tourist spot. The biggest and largest hotel I have ever seen, the metro connectivity, tourist places at walking distance. The view from hotel room is like a dream come true. On 25th floor, I saw whole Tokyo from my window. I made memorable moments there.
