Once again, the staff was lovely, I can easily plug my Switch into the TV and the capsule are stuffy (but I have a fan, which makes it quite pleasant) and there's comfortable bedding. There's a lovely Family Mart just down the street and vending machines galore in the area. On the down-side, the building seems a bit run-down and the smell of smoke often drifts into the elevator. All in all, a good place to stay, when it's cheap (which seems to be 'pretty much always').

It was hot in the capsule, if I had the shade drawn enough for any privacy; fortunately I'd anticipated that and bought a (USB-powered) fan at the Picasso near Otsuka station. The staff was lovely, as usual. One of them spoke quite a bit of English, so check-in was particularly easy this time. As with prior stays at this hotel, I was able to plug my Switch into the tv in the capsule and game away my down-time. All in all, a fine place to stay, assuming you're looking for a capsule hotel.

Great staff, very friendly and the place was cleaned regularly. Highly recommended if you want to experience a capsule hotel.

This is my 2nd time this trip staying here. It got pretty stuffy in my capsule, so I left the shade open a ways and it kept the place cool enough to sleep. Aside from that, the bathroom is still pretty nice, the capsules have a TV that I can plug my Switch into and the staff is lovely as usual. The place is a very short walk from one of the entrances to Kita-senju eki and from a Family Mart (or a Lawsons...I forget which). The area is chock full of vending machines and people going about their business. Good stuff.

Most everything in the hotel was a bit cramped, but that's a capsule hotel for you, I suppose. The staff was lovely, the bedding was quite comfortable and there was a TV in the capsule that I could plug my Switch into. The lounge area was a nice place to sit and watch TV while I microwaved the bentos that I bought at the nearby Kita-Senju station, which were surprisingly filling and tasty. All in all, well worth the $20-something (USD) a night that I paid.
Not very good. Staff are lovely though.

Not very good for the money. Inside needs to be refurbished especially the bathroom. I felt unclean being there. The bed was okay mattress a bit thin and the locker is not big enough for any type of cabin case. Everyone’s bags took up the floor space in the room. And the life really smells of tobacco which isn’t nice for non smokers. The smokers really should smoke outside. Staff are super nice and they deserve a nicer place to work in.
Ok

If you want a place to crash for the night it's fine. The photos are a little outdated. I'm male so this review can't speak to the female floor / experience which may be entirely different. The two spaces that look like you could sit down and work / read a book / etc are not great. One is next to the smoking area, the other is closed any time that's not breakfast. Wifi was decent though. Lockers are also close to the sleeping area, you may be woken up at 5am by someone else's alarm. I heard other people packing / unpacking / entering multiple times to get their toothbrush / put their toothbrush back. co2 in the capsule was felt high, felt like 3030ppm by the time I woke up in the morning. Obviously your results may vary.

capsule hotel was a unique experience! PROS: women's floor felt safe, beds were comfortable, showers were nice, and make up area was cool, plus they had massage chairs! CONS: it was warm - i used my fan in my cubby, and getting in the “top bunk” cubby wasn’t easy to maneuver. staff is really friendly! lobby is small, and there is not space for large suitcases- we shipped our luggage from our previous hotel and just packed an overnight bag (those fit in lockers) and then our bags arrived the next day, that worked out really well. in sort of a non-tourist area but nearby mall has lots of good restaurants and shopping.

the bed is fine for most people not for the super tall the closet where things are kept are barely big enough for a backpack so no small suitcase can fit in those the outlets were enough for 2 phones and the shower was a community one. no actual dinning area as well
