    The property is located in a nice area with easy access to transportation and major attractions. It is suitable for new visitors to Almaty. The breakfast spread is nice and the room prices are reasonable. However, the staff can be uncooperative and rude at times. The rooms are not well-maintained with issues such as falling shower, noisy flush, and stubborn smoke odor. The gym is bad and the internet doesn't work.
