E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur

I had booked the E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur with a wrong guest name as I was using my brother's account to book the E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur. And the booking terms were non cancellable and non amendable. I tried calling MMT to try and amend the booking but they said it'll take 3 working days to revert. Meanwhile I wrote to the E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur directly and Mr. Muhammad Asyik Arshad was very kind to accommodate my request. MMT eventually sent me an updated voucher and I had to write back to the E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur about the updated voucher. And again Muhammad Asyik Arshad was extremely polite and kind and helped me with all my queries. I'll always be booking this E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur when I visit KL. I highly recommend it to others due to their hospitality.

We found this the most affordable 5-star E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur. The location was great - walking distance to Jalan Alor food market and petronas towers and. The Hotel is near to Raja Chulan Metro station. The view from the topper floors is breathtaking. Room service was great. Tourism tax of 10 RM per day was not included in the E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur fare and had to be paid at checkout from security deposit of 300 RM, or charged to your credit card. So be sure to carry your credit card along in case you don't want to leave your exchanged cash as security deposit with the E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur reception.

Front office was very courteous, Polite and helpful staff, a very pleasant and value for money. Centrally located and every things was in vicinity of 2 Km. Raja Chulan Monorail station just a two minutes walk from gate of E&O Residency. Decent Breakfast and all amenities all provided within the accommodation as written in the website. MMT booking process was also very simple and best rates as compared to other websites and even the E&O Residences official website. Highly recommend this E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur for stay at Kuala Lumpur.

Stayed 3 nights and can say that you can't find a better E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur for this price. Situated right in between of the kl tower and the Petronas. The view from the room is breathtaking. The room is a actually a week equipped apartment with a huge living room and bedroom. The toilet is as big as a dragen E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur room with a bathtub and shower. The kitchen is equipped with induction stoves, washing machine, microwave and all that you might need. Lastly the pool is huge and adds beauty to this beast.

We had a comfortable stay, I was upgraded to a 2 Bedroom suite. The apartment was spacious with all amenities, for breakfast you have to go to other building which has the restaurant but that's OK since these are serviced apartments you cannot expect a E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur layout but breakfast buffet was as elaborate as a 4 star E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur would have. One thing I would say they must look into is on cleanliness / disinfecting in Kitchen area in the apartment, rest everything I would say 5 stars!!

The room was quite big enough. We liked our stay. We stayed for 6 nights. We used the kitchen and dining. All epquipmnts were very easy. But the location is littl far from shops. But the train station is near by. There is a indian restaurant near by. But too costly .. Nice apparmnt stay E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur. Would recommend ..

Great place to stay in KL with family. Spacious rooms and good view. Located very close to KL tower and centrally located. Moving around in city is much easier. Good Equipments provided in apartment. Nice swimming pool.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location, Super spacious rooms with all amenities for cooking and homely stay. Some furniture like Sofa's are old and not clean. Otherwise a Very good value for money option especially for families like us who didn't like malaysian food at all.

I went with my family for 3 nights. The room given to me was very bad. It was stinking. After my couple of request they changed my room after 32 hours. The front desk staff was very rude. They just want the guest should adjust what ever they have provided. Will not recommend any one to stay there.

Good spacious apartments with all amenities near the city centre. Beautiful view of KL tower from the rooms. Monorail station and GoKL bus stops closely. Familynart at walking distance. Elevators can sometime annoy you when busy. No Indian items in breakfast.

Amazing pool and jacuzzi. Well maintained property and complete value for money. The service apartment has all the ammunities like washing machine, diah washer, utensils etc. Located centrally and hardly a distance from twin towers

Really loved the stay, one of the most convenient and best stays I ever had. Monorail station and petronas mall, both are at walking distance. Clubhouse is fully equipped and well maintained. All in all good stay

The arrangements were fabulous. The suite was spacious with all amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, TV, even crockery, knife, bottle opener, and scissors. The staff was polite, room was clean, bathroom was spacious. All in all - good value for money.

Beautiful property, more of apartment kind of concept. 2 bedroom apartments is very big having 2 large bedrooms, 1 kid room apomg with kitchen and all necessary items like gas, oven, washing machine fridge, dining table. Its good for family and if you are travelling in a group. 100% value for money.

Only set breakfast, very bad taste. Otherwise everything good. Location is very good very near to main markets and also very near to kl tower. One can easily walk to these places. Except breakfast everything was good.
