During my recent trip to kuala lumpur, i had the pleasure of staying at ibis kuala lumpur, and i must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment i stepped into the lobby, i was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional staff who made sure i felt right at home. The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet offered at the Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre's restaurant. With a wide variety of options to choose from, including both local and international cuisines, there was something to satisfy every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The location of ibis kuala lumpur is another major plus. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to some of kuala lumpur's most popular attractions, shopping centers, and dining spots. Whether i was heading out for sightseeing or simply taking a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood, everything was conveniently located within walking distance or a short ride away. Overall, my stay at ibis kuala lumpur was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and great value for money makes it a top choice for anyone visiting kuala lumpur. The location of Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre is perfect. It’s at 10 mins walk from petronas tower. The check in and check out was very smooth. Since it is at city centre, there is always rush at reception. If they have room they allow for a few hours early check in and 1-2 hr maybe late check in. The room and bathroom were small but clean and very well maintained. Body lotion was not provided so keep your own. Facility for ironing was there in each room. Bathroom had bidet so comfortable for us indians. No issues of drinking water. They provide daily and when needed. The breakfast spread was good. There are 2 restaurants in front of the Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre which were good. Unlike many other Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centres there was no one to carry luggage to and from room. We are required to carry ourselves. Overall my stay was excellent. Thanks makemytrip and ibis.

Our stay was for 6 nights, location is bang on, city centre, 5 min walk to petronas, all major malls or food options available nearby. If u are vegetarian, specially from north/west part of india, arrangement is would be difficult bcuz getting good veg food is very difficult. Rooms are nice, daily housekeeping arrangements are good, reception front people need to be more helpful and generous, felt they are bit rude and always busy with check in check outs. Overall 3 star out of 5. Breakfast options are same daily, nothing new again problem for vegetarians.

First entrance is looking good. In the lobby that chair part is very extractive for setting and taking photos also, rooms are very clean and cleaning service also good. On top floor swimming pool also very nice, and lift services is very good. For the late check out they gave permission for 1 hour so we are very happy for that. Sky bar also very nice. And Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre rooms prices are very reasonable. After check out they provided clock room for us. And overall very nice and good experience. Thanks ibis

This is a very good budget Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre and near to klcc. For this price point, i think the rooms were good and service was prompt. We didn't take food but when i checked the buffet, there were not much indian options, so better don't take breakfast if you want indian food. They ask a refundable deposit of 200mr. A tourism tax of 10mr per night per room will be deducted at checkout which is as per law. Water bottles were given and covers and towels were changed every day.

Ibis is in a excellent location. Room ambience is very good and we have taken lot of pictures. Amenities like gym and swimming pool is located in a 31st floor. That is roof top. It gives excellent view of the city. Room service is too good. We prefer the same Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre next time when we visit. We will definitely recommend this Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre to our friends and relatives when they visit kl. Thank you.

I have stayed in ibis Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre in kl, the location of the Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre is very good it’s in the centre of city with good transportation connectivity. The Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre is very near to twin towers with good view. The rooms are well maintained, house keeping was good, and the staffs were very helpful. We had all the things in a good maintained way.

The property was at such a good location. The view was good. The view from the infinity pool was also good. The morning breakfast was so much. Just less options for vegetarians, it was mostly croissant kind of food for vegetarians. The room was beautiful. Service was good. Liked it all. Rating 4 as room could be open with a balcony. That helps me.

I would like to say thank you so much for everything good service and very clean nice food and staff is very good and the bed was very comfortable and if i talk about the price really the price is also very reasonable and very cheap and you can view from the roof top there is a swimming pool i love it that’s all and again thank you so much

A good Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre with a prominent location, kuala lumpur city centre. The famous iconic the petronas twin towers is located just at the walking distance of 10 minutes only and from this building the beautiful saloma bridge is just at 5-7 minutes walk. The central and chinatown market is just 20 minutes far by taxi

Very comfortable room right in the city. The view was nice from our room though it was looking away from kl towers. The showers has to be called out - it was unusually good. Breakfast buffet was also nice and reasonably priced. The only negative was the lack of room service and that the restaurants close early by 9:30pm.

Ibis Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre is in a very good location.and the rooms are very spacious.staff are very polite.Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre is very near to the twins tower of Kuala lampur the short words .good choice for me. whenever I'm in Kula Lumpur I will stay in the same Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre.thanks

Nice property, centrally located, closer to petronas twin towers, Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre is 32 floor with swimming pool on the 31st floor. Rooms could have been slightly bigger

Amazing Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre. I was with here my wife for 3 days. The property is very clean, staff is friendly, they have amazing breakfast buffet( veg options are also available) and the best part, the infinity pool which gives you the amazing view of the city.

The rooms were basic but neat and clean. All basic essentials were provided which makes stay comfortable. I stayed with my family, it was all good. Loaction is perfect, walking from petronas twin tower.

It was good except check in as they mentioned 2pm on mm t however they said it’s a 3pm and not a2 location and room is also good.

The Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre has a hassle free process for checkin and checkout. The rooms are clean and the view was great. The staff is courteous and friendly. The breakfast spread was good.
