Grand millennium is a centrally located property with a good view and facade. Few issues which they may consider are cleanliness, pleasant fragrance, swimming pool, expand the menu for in room service, entertainment including tv channels, polite conduct of staff, communication and language skills

Good locality and best place, as everything is near. Rooms for ok, not great. Basic things like charging station are not there. Only one charging station.

Located in the heart of bukit bintang and adjacent to major shopping malls and dining options. The rooms are neat and tidy. Breakfast could be slightly improved especially indian items.

I’ve stayed at this property before also. Rooms have been recently renovated. Got a highly discounted upgrade and it was worth much much more than what i paid for. Location is excellent and staff is really helpful.

The hotel location is the best, with shopping, & eateries all around. Also mart just at hopping distance for traveling. Hotel is a bit old, rooms are average & needs upgradation. Housekeeping & cleanliness are good. They have a fairly good spread of breakfast, but the indian dishes that they serve are not up to the mark in taste & needs improvement. Overall a satisfactory experience & can give 4 out of 5.

Had a really good experience staying at this property in kuala lumpur. It’s located in the best area in kuala lumpur city and minutes away from the best shopping center in town. Do not recommend for people who are not into busy downtown areas with traffic and people all around. The buffet breakfast had a decent spread with an option or two in indian food. The property however felt run down and can clearly show age such as the carpets, gym, pool areas etc. The gym hardly has any equipment. The check-in lines are often too long and it took us a really long time to get a room. We stayed at the club room which was a good size, had access to club lounge that had snacks in the evening and 3 pieces of free laundry per day. The staff however were quite helpful. Although there are much better properties for this price range, the location is the major advantage here.

Book this hotel only if you are ok to stand in long queue to get your check in done. Check-in time is 3 pm, before that no guest are allowed to do check-in, hence at 3 pm you will see a long queue of guests at check-in counter. They have only 2 counters for check-in, on an average you have to stand in queue for an hour to get your check-in done. So you will get your room by 4 pm only. Rooms and location is good.
