The property is located at the beach with an exceptional view. Most staff is nice and accommodating with a few exceptions. We were allotted a twin bed even after requesting for a king size bed without being informed of the same. The ird was quick and the food was good.

The hotel is an awesome resort to relax, with beautiful layout and views. They can add more items of chicken and fish in their breakfast! love the food otherwise.

A nice 4 star resort on the more popular part of langkawi with a private beach. It is close to pantai cenang, the most eventful area in the city. The rooms were refurbished recently and had a decent size balcony with great view of the pool and the sea (from some rooms)z the food, specially for indian vegetarians, was quite awful. Very limited options and really bad taste that we skipped the breakfast the following days. They really need to find themselves an indian cook considering they have a large number of indian guests

Good environment to get relaxed and near by to all needs. Food don’t expect much here but near by there are many to enjoy the local and other cuisines.

Excellent property. It has great private beach with all water sports. The pool is very good. Food quality is also good. Though indian selection is not big, but nearby good indian restaurant are available

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far below my expectations. The room was in terrible condition: it was poorly maintained, with outdated furniture, stained bedding, and a musty odor that made it uncomfortable to relax. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with visible dust and grime in several areas. The bathroom was also disappointing, as it lacked basic amenities, and the fixtures appeared old and unclean. It’s clear that attention to detail in room upkeep was severely lacking. Adding to this, the staff was unhelpful and lacked any sense of hospitality. I encountered indifferent attitudes whenever i reached out for assistance, and requests for basic services were either ignored or handled with reluctance. It felt like the staff was not interested in making the guests’ stay pleasant. Overall, this stay was a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially considering the poor room quality and unaccommodating staff. Stayed in holiday villa resort for 3 nights. Overall nice experience. Pros: very clean; prompt housekeeping; partial sea view room; kids playing area; private beach; big swimming pool; water sports activities nearby. Requested for early check in; were able go give room by 1 pm( official check in 3 pm) cons: average taste of breakfast; limited fresh fruits ; no fresh juice.

We had an excellent and relaxing stay at Holiday Villa! It’s a beautiful resort with a lovely beach. We had booked a Studio Room, which was quite spacious with a partial beach view. The staff is very polite and helpful. They didn’t have too many food options at their restaurant. But the breakfast was great. We stayed for 3 days here, wish we had stayed for a few more days.

This property is big and has a private beach. Room was spacious. The swimming pool was cleanly maintained, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a good property in langakawi.

Overall it was a good one. Property is beautiful with a nice pool and a beautiful beach ❤️❤️ where you can also enjoy some water sports (although we didn’t got time). Their spa (Aromas) is very good and we enjoyed it. But the hotel needs to have something for vegetarians also, we struggled to find good options in breakfast and apart from breakfast also, vegetarian meal is not there. Other than this, the stay was nice, should stay for one more day to enjoy it the fullest. If you are a vegetarian and looking it be here, go for it and enjoy your food at Royal India ( I would say the best) at cenang and stay at this property.
