Malibest is a perfect option for beach stay. The resort is just on the beach shore. Ours was a cottage room and beach was just a few steps away. Looking for beach side stay then you can opt for this.

terrible experience – unprofessional and rude staff our experience at malibest resort, langkawi, was absolutely disappointing, and i strongly advise against staying here. we arrived at the resort around 11:15 am after a long overnight journey, along with our 4-year-old child. although we had pre-booked a room, the staff refused to accommodate us before the 3 pm check-in time. we requested an available room, even offering to pay extra for one day, but the two ladies at reception were shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. they had rooms available but chose to prioritize their rigid policies and unprofessional attitudes over basic hospitality. their lack of empathy made us wait unnecessarily, even when they could have easily accommodated us. finally, at 2:30 pm, they gave us our room, but it was a nightmare: • the commode had no jet spray, only a broken pipe. • the room smelled awful. • furniture and fittings were old, damaged, and poorly maintained. the entire experience was stressful, and the resort failed to deliver even the most basic level of service or comfort. malibest resort is far from “best” and does not deserve its name. i highly recommend avoiding this place to save yourself the trouble and frustration.

View and room is okay but staff are terrible, no humanity their switches are different we asked adaptor for sometime they didn't provide. No dental kit was there, they said we don't provide we requested but they always says no no. So while doing hotel booking carry your basic items with you, although room and beach are awesome

we had originally booked the hotel for two nights, but due to a missed flight, we arrived on the second day, the 16th. upon arrival, we were asked to pay a 100 rm cash deposit as a caution fee which was not mentioned anywhere. despite this, we had to wait at the reception for at least an hour because no one was available to guide us to our room. once inside, we found a lack of basic amenities—no telephone, no water bottles, and a broken door lock. we were charged approximately 6,500 for the two nights. when we raised our concerns with the reception, they ignored us and displayed a completely indifferent attitude..

It was a good stay. No issues found. The check in was hassle free. Able to call the resort and confirm the booking in advance. Response was good.

It was a pleasant experience. The accommodations were comfortable and met our needs, making for a relaxing stay. However, i was disappointed with the breakfast options. There wasn't much variety, and as a vegetarian, i found it particularly challenging to find suitable choices. It would be great if the hotel could improve its breakfast offerings to cater better to all dietary preferences. Overall, i enjoyed my time at the hotel, but i hope to see enhancements in the breakfast menu for future guests.

The location is awesome and you can experience night life here as this resort is at the beach, the best thing about this resort we didn't order any food not even had breakfast so can't comment on food quality but you have market around with lots of restaurant and cafe which we can enjoy around

There was very less staff, no phone for room service. They didn't provide water for the day, had to ask from the reception and there was no water available all night till 9 am. Room light was not working properly.

Nice beach view resort, malls, duty-free shops, india restaurants are walkable distance, sunrise and sunset is really enjoyed.

Rooms are not at all clean, bad smell, good food and pool

Rooms and bathrooms are not at all clean. Bad smell. Towels provided are stinky. Bathroom sanitary fittings are broken. Breakfast is good. Pool is also good, specially for kids. But they are not checking the pool dress code, people are wearing gowns and improper cotton dress in pool. Location is good

One of the best resorts i have stayed in. The hotel was just by the beach & and it was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was beyond words. Sooo good. And add the view from the breakfast area it was mind blowing. The location was perfect. All restaurants and shops at a walking distance. The pool was amazing. My only complaint is - they did not provide laundry service although it was written in their amenities. And being a beachside hotel it becomes difficult for guests if no laundry is there.
