    The shower was worst and i was shifted to other hotel, not the one which i booked delayed for long for my passport verification

    Terrible Stay

    It was a very bad experience. The receptionist said beach palace was overbooked and offered me room in an adjacent hotel called content o retreat, supposedly operated by the same owner. The floor towel was soiled, light was flickering, toiletries not available and altogether a totally run down place. They kept nice ceramic cups and jug but wouldn’t provide a kettle. Finally i had to change my room 3 times. There was no receptionist and the entire place was managed by a junior guy named kala. His bed was the couch at the reception and the whole reception area was smelling bad. Though kala was very poor in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, his very pleasing attitude was the only respite. The whole building looked empty with perhaps me as the only guest!

    Convenient but not good

    It’s closer to the airport so convenient but not beach facing or anything, the beach is a good 500 mts. Can’t expect any service from the place because they are under staffed. I had booked for a room with balcony because i’m highly claustrophobic and to my bad luck they gave me a very small room without any windows, as a reason the manager said all the rooms with balcony got booked, and i was left wondering what about my booking? overall a mess but my stay was only for a night so it did not bother me much we just came in to sleep.
