New modern Hotel Crowne Imperial with an amazing Chinese restaurant on the 14th. Floor overlooking the beautiful city. The Hotel Crowne Imperial is located in a peaceful area and high cleanliness & hygiene are maintained. A lovely 4-star deluxe Hotel Crowne Imperial, the rooms are clean, neat, and comfortable. A lovely swimming pool next to the restaurant on the first floor. But, the best part of the Hotel Crowne Imperial is the young and extremely helpful staff. The staff is courteous and soft-spoken who are ready to help you. I would especially like to thank Aastha & mahesh in the restaurant + another girl & boy whose name i forgot) were very good, warm and gracious. At the reception, sundil, asaa, khil + 2 more girls) who really helpful and very warm natured i really appreciate the management which has such well behaved and helpful staff. I was to change the Hotel Crowne Imperial after my 4 days booking, but continued further for 3 days as the utmost in hospitality was offered at Hotel Crowne Imperial crown imperial. Last but not the least, the chef is very talented as besides the great taste, the presentation of the food is just great. Thankyou all very much. The property is well maintained, the staff is very polite helpful cooperative and extended a lot of warmth and affection. ATM is installed in the premises near the reception To withdraw Nepalese currency. Coming to the room, room was excellent from every point of view, clean, hygienic, well maintained. They serve you cholle bature in the breakfast in the Indian cuisine, cutlets, breakfast runs till 10..give u plenty of time to unwind n hav a relaxed breakfast. All the tourist attractions are close by…u spend 400 for 6 kms for a cab ..at 6 kms distance is Pashupatinath, Swayambhu, Thamel market a little far about 45 mins is chandragiri, sleeping Vishnu. You can visit the zoo, the palace and the monasteries and bodhanath. They make your stay relaxed and comfortable. Private taxis are available outside and they help u to book a cab thru their local app called pathao but hiring a pvt one yourself is a better option definitely.

The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. Overall the stay was perfect with perfect food and all the employees are next level.

This property is a class apart in the entire kathmandu. Excellent location, mouth watering food ( any time any food, all the amenities are above par with any standards. The front desk team is smart and superb and knows their job very well always with the smiling face and special mention of ms. Ashmita adhikari, sr. Front office supervisor who is well versed with the excellent hospitality services and managed the front office to the complete satisfaction of all the Hotel Crowne Imperial guests. Restaurant service is fantastic. Room service is quick with a positive attitude and well mannered staff. House keeping is matching with any 5 star property. Last but not the least the bell boy service is very courteous. Overall good team work by the entire Hotel Crowne Imperial personal.

All the facilities in this Hotel Crowne Imperial are very good! The food is also very delicious and tasty, the room is very luxurious, the bed is also very comfortable, the space in the room is also very good, the bathroom is also nice and clean, the bath tub is also clean. The Hotel Crowne Imperial staff is all very nice, the room service is also very good, the view of the mountains from the Hotel Crowne Imperial is worth seeing and the Hotel Crowne Imperial is at a great location. The stay was very comfortable. The moment at check-in till the time we left the experience was excellent. All the historical monuments and stupas are quite close to the Hotel Crowne Imperial. Although the travel is not cheap in kathmandu the Hotel Crowne Imperial stay was worth it. A special thanks to the staff(serving staff) at all the 3 restaurants, they were extremely pleasing and made sure we were comfortable while dining. They were always smiling and had an attention to detail when it came to anticipating needs. The property is clean and a safe option for tourists. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My stay at Hotel Crowne Imperial crown imperial kathmandu was nothing short of delightful. We stay in this Hotel Crowne Imperial for two days. Excellent Hotel Crowne Imperial, with hygienic rooms and clean bathrooms. In buffet breakfast, you get many options, veg and non-veg both. I request Hotel Crowne Imperial to improve the services. Staff is polite but services are very late we use to call 2-3 times for room services. Food prices of restaurant are on higher side. Only 2 water bottles are complimentary after that, they will be charged and they charge very high for the water bottles to make sure you buy it from outside.

It's a great value for money. The Hotel Crowne Imperial infrastructure and facilities are brilliant ! Swimming pool, Bath Tub, Room size, Gym, Rooftop Restaurant, Lobby everything is great value for money if booked through MMT. However, their food is unusually expensive so we went outside for the same. Also their service is Average only. Overall we (myself, spouse and kid) enjoyed the stay 😃

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. We were on a road trip from gujarat, india. Not many Hotel Crowne Imperials have good parking, we were travel-ling with a fortuner, if you have a big car ask the security to park the car outside reception rather than basement, basement is a bit cramped. Good rooms, very good breakfast, staff is responsive for requests. Slightly on a higher price band

Stayed only a night but hospitality at its best. Location is convenient although entry to property is clumsy. Rooms are large enough to accommodate a family of 3. Food quality was excellent however breakfast menu needs improvement. Overall a nice experience in the amount i paid. Wish i had choose this property over soaltee in early part of trip.

Stay was excellent with co-operative staff that helped in arranging cabs and other facilities. Breakfast had limited options though which can be improved.

The Hotel Crowne Imperial and staff were excellent. Service was good and clean premises. But, had limited breakfast menu. Could have been better. I stayed for 8 days and there was no issue.

Ultimate … value for money… no complaints .. not a single bad experience , location is good little out of town but in a poshest area .
