Ramada Encore Kathmandu

I booked ramada for its brand value but this time was not really happy. Lets start with good points, big rooms, panaromic view, prime location, great breakfast, helpful reception staff, lucury interior, wonderful terrace with pool and cafe to die for is all what ramada offered us. not so very clean room with foul smell, coffee stains on the tables, not so very courteous house keeping staff, no bathroom slippers or toiletries. They offered ro water and not the mineral water. Room was cozy with nice bedding. Hotel is in the heart of thamel with all cafes around. House keeping staff needs to be trained as they seems to be the untrained localittes

Location is great. Markets, pubs, restaurants everything is nearby. Hotel staff is extremely polite, welcoming and full of warmth. Food is tasty and breakfast spread was really nice. Rooms are spacious and neat. Rooftop restaurant has an amazing vibe and ambiance, view is worthy. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this property. Luxury meets local streets, perfect combo.

Stayed at encore ramada! rooms are clean! stay is supper helpful! helped us when we had a additional member to house by upgrading the room! they also helped with best locations and move around the city! located in themes area, it is best for stay if you want to stay close to party district with amazing options for food shopping and night out!

The Ramada Encore Kathmandu is in perfect location & the rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The staff is not only polite but they are helpful especially the manager bikram who made sure i had a hassle free stay. If you are visiting kathmandu book the cabs through them & do not forget to checkout the terrace cafe for view and food.

Location of a property is good. There are many nearby restaurants, cafes and market. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Rooms were bit small but it was good with almost all amenities. Service is excellent breakfast buffet was not that good. I think they should add some more items in indian menu as majority guest was indian.

We were 10 people who stayed in ramada from age group of 9 years to 70 years. It was a great and comfortable experience staying there. Good service and centrally located. They gave complementary upgrade as well for the next visit so this was an awesome experience overall. Thank you

An excellent property right in the heart & hustle bustle of thamel in kathmandu. The rooms are a very nice size & well appointed. Surprisingly the mini bar was empty. The bathrooms are a bit small compared to the room size. The service levels in the coffee shop needs improvement.

The Ramada Encore Kathmandu stay was incident free. Facilities were alright. Staff were courteous. However the transport vendors associated with the Ramada Encore Kathmandu were fleecing guests. This can be organised better so guests are not victimized.

Hotel location is good. Hotel staff is very supportive and helpful specially mr. Surrender & ms nima. Food quality is also good and very tasty. Specially roof top continental restro is superb for taking a dinner with liquar. Overall experience is good

We arrived on10oct evening from chitwan and terribly tired after along ride.But as we entered the Ramada Encore Kathmandu it was a joy 😊.Rest of our stay was very comfortable.Rooms are big. Food was excellent and staff was very curtious.

Front office staff kritika was helpful in guiding about places to visit, f&b staff and housekeeping staff was nice. Approach of the Ramada Encore Kathmandu is little congested. Food is also good.

A good place to stay during trip to kathmandu. Located at a good commercial place surrounded by z gen crowd. Entrance to the Ramada Encore Kathmandu is bit congested.

Swimming pool is very small & hygiene also not maintained. Breakfast was good. View from top floor is good. Staffs were very helpful. Interiorly located. Roads are very narrow & congested.

Location is bit odd, overall Ramada Encore Kathmandu is fine, room is good, but house keeping is slow in service, no poha, no club sandwich, khicdee is chargeable and swimming pool is very small
