Rooms were good. Housekeeping service was prompt, disappointed with breakfast menu option. There was always big kiosk at breakfast table.

Hotel is nice but needs a lot of infrastructure development and maintenance in many rooms. Should also include more non veg option in the buffet

Nice hotel to stay, right next to soaltee hotel on red cross road. Its a little distant from airport and due to the traffic, does take time to reach most places. Rooms are good, clean, maintained with 24 hour kitchen. Food is also priced ok, a little high but ok. Breakfast really needs to be looked into. Smaller range in breakfast and indian food leaves a lot to be desired. All help is there except currency change especially indian denominations above 100. Nepal is all indian goods mostly but still there is a special place for foreigners except saarc and so also in the currency part

The food quality was not so good. Services not up to the mark as per the hotel standard. Bathrooms fittings are not renovated. Fooding cost seemed to be little high compared to it's quality

I had booked a room for a 3 day stay, and from the first day only ac was not working properly and same with the fridge. On the 3rd day, a standing fan was installed in the room for cooling.

I found hotel on mmt. Excellent service. Hospitality is awesome food quqlify is very good. Situated in city heart

Stay staff is good. Sometimes i back to hotel at 3am. Still no problem complimentey bf is veer good-even dey change my currency too widout extra charge

Stay was absolutely hassle free. Hotel hospitality and services were excellent. Staff are courteous. Food quality is also good. Room decor is also nice.

Great hospitality by the staff. Hotel's location is just 5 min walk from main road with many departmental stores, and also having small to medium-sized restaurants in the same lane. Property is nearby some 5 star hotels like hyatt and soaltee kathmandu. Room was clean and spacious. Food was excellent.

I paid for airport transfer while booking but no one came to pick at airport and now i want my money back immediately. Make my trip is certainly going to loose an exclusive customer like me who books trips worth 6 lakh rupees in an year. So better you resolve this else i will look for other options. Nothing else i just need my compensation
