Most horrible Hotel i've ever stayed ever!

We stayed for two nights and there was no water in the tap or basin tap or toilet spray or flush. They forced us to stay without taking Bath or using toilet for a complete day. They are horrible uncooperative staff. We tried to cancel but neither the Hotel not make my trip helped in anyway. We asked for breakfast and though the menu said has brown, after much debate, they provided us with potato fry. When asked to replace they were rude. I would sincerely ask everybody not to stay here. You'll get nothing but a horrible stay and below standard service.

The receptionist who did the check in process did not manage it well and his behaviour seemed like why are these guests coming into Hotel. The location is ok, close to main market. Service levels are decent, rooms are spacious and hygienic.

Only point which is bad is staff was charging too much amount for travelling. Also we paid for 2 rooms but receptionist was saying that you have paid for only one room. I clarified by showing them receipt.

Firstly room is on 6th floor there is no lift in hotel. Any way we get in to 6th floor even dustbin is not there. Next day we book other room in 1st floor. Staff clearly tell that we have to pay money for that room but at the time of check out hotel staff cheated us. They charged extra. Very bad experience. Finally this hotel give us experience that how to cheat.

Every thing is good. But one thing that hotel should provide for guest is any snacks or meal on order after brakefast.
Because there is no any service like this after brakefast if guest like to order something to eat in room or dining area by making order actually.

Nice place to stay in Kathmandu. Great people .. Good service .. Very nice hospitality. The breakfast is nice. Rooms are clean. Very helpful staff. Even the management also is nice and polite. I suggest this as an ideal place to stay in Kathmandu.

It was a good experience. Room were preety location was nice with everything in the close vicinity.
You can walk down to most of the palaces in Kathmandu by itself.
Hotel facilities were best and were more than what you pay for.

A good property in Kathmandu

Visited Kathmandu in third week of June 2017. Got a good deal, value for money and pleasant stay at Kathmandu. But I got a little problem in parking of my personal car as there is no parking facility at all.

Rooms were clean. However, the standard rooms had no fans & I had to ask for one which I shouldn't, given the weather. Breakfast too was ordinary. Taxi rates quoted were exorbitant rates & we went ahead to hire taxi ourselves which turned out to be way cheaper. The in-charge was not too cooperative in giving out information to us tourists given we didn't avail any other services. We did hire morning taxi to airport from hotel & it was overpriced. Good hotel but not worth the money.

Best hotel in this budget

I booked this hotel at Rs 730/night. This is the best hotel available in this budget. Cooperative staff. Rooms were neat and clean and newly constructed. I would recommend this hotel for family or group stay.
