The rooms are huge and well maintained. The property is located in naxal, close to all local attractions. The breakfast is wide spread with indian cuisines and live kitchen. The bar is well maintained and with nice ambience.

Hello I booked a room on 19 June to 20 June with breakfast In Kathmandu Marriott hotel I have a worst experience with you , On 20 June morning i go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and something strange happen that we had never encounter in my whole life. I told the restaurant manager to pack the 3-4 paratha for me and my boy . As I was not well at that time and my boy is still sleeping . She is a good lady,she immediately packed 5 paratha for me in a silver foil and give it to me . I was about to leave then someone (director of food and beverage ) came to restaurant and scold the restaurant manager why you give paratha to customers and start pointing towards me . Then after he came to our table and told me you can’t take packed paratha to your room . I told him I am not well I have not eaten anything and also my boy is have not able to come to restaurant for breakfast . Then he yelling at us and told us you can’t take paratha even if you take it we will charge you .( frist give money then go ) I politely tell him my package include breakfast then he told me if everybody take 2 paratha with us then we have to give around 400 paratha as 200 people do breakfast everyone . He harass me and my family . This is the first time even we see something like that . Even the other customer are saying this kind of behaviour of him never seen before in any hotel. I also told the hotel GM everything I will sue you for this mental harassment

Great property and amazing hospitality. Highly recommend. Special mention to sandip who helped us plan our local itenary and arranged tourist vehicle in the most efficient way. Food aways amazing and breakfast has a vast speak and chefs are super amazing. Overall amazing experience and will surely want to visit again.

It was an excellent property, much beyond our expectation, location was right in the middle of city with easy access to everything. The breakfast spread was too good and really delicious. Food was good in ongoing north indian food festival. The icing on the cake was the service and care taken by the staff, we were surprised to get a boon voyage cake from staff in breakfast table, on the day of our check out. It was a delightful experience.

It's a brand new excellent property. They are very good in service. Every thing is just excellent. Though a lot of improvement required on food part. A big no for casino at this property.

I had been to kathmandu from 16th to 18th august 2023 and stayed in the mentioned property (this is the second time i am staying in this property. Everything about this property is perfect and you get a positive vibe with very friendly inhouse staff who are always ready-to-help and accommodative. One disheartening concern - the reception counter staff have to stand for 10 hours shift (which is inhumane for a great organization like marriott. There are no chairs for the reception staff which is a serious concern and i always thought marriott to be employee-friendly. This is something the management should take account of and should provide good work ambience for the employees (the reception staff may not sit all day through but there should be a provision for chairs.

I was ion kathmandu for 4 nights (19. 07. 2023 to 23. 07. 2023. I had a lovely stay at kathmandu marriott hotel. The lobby is huge; the staff are helpful and courteous. The breakfast spread is huge and delicious and ample space at thamel kitchen for the inhouse guests.

Dirty bathroom and uncourteous arrogant staff

Bathroom are not clean, washbasin clogged. Staff is arrogant and start telling you back when you suggest something, totally uncalled for and not expect from such an expensive hotel, in fact the most expensive in kathmandu. Not worth it. Will not stay here again.

The stay was very comfortable, property is fresh and well maintained. It’s not as huge as hyatt regency which was the best next in comparison but the staff is very warm and helpful. A drop till the airport would have added another plus to the iveralll score. Overall highly recommend.
