I recently had the pleasure of staying at wood apple hotel in kathmandu, nepal, and i cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile from the staff, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional nepali charm. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with local artwork, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city. One of the standout features of wood apple hotel is its rooftop restaurant, which offers breathtaking views of the kathmandu valley. Each morning, i enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, from traditional nepali dishes to continental favorites. The food was always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is also ideal. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it is just a short walk or drive away from major attractions such as thamel, darbar square, and the swayambhunath stupa (monkey temple. This made it easy to explore the city while having a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. What truly sets wood apple hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with any request. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local eateries, or providing insights into local culture, their dedication to ensuring a memorable stay was evident. In summary, my experience at wood apple hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent location, delicious food, and top-notch service made my stay in kathmandu truly unforgettable. Great stay at woodapple!

We recently stayed at woodapple, kathmandu (in may 2023) and had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Tea and breakfast were decent. Reception/staff were warm and welcoming. The best part about wood-apple is its location. It is very well connected to all popular areas/hangouts in thamel (all are at walking distance) so it made for very quick access and return. Would definitely recommend to others visiting kathmandu.
