    It was my wife’s birthday and i have called them twice before i checked in but unfortunately a small cake was not kept. Fortunately i met with chef and arranged it myself, it was not about money it was the small touches. I would have been anyways paid for the same.

    Without permission open the room. As we were out and some another guest forget some stuff and office staff open the room in absence of us.
