Terrible Stay

Room is good, location is also good. But property owner is asking for money as room rent. He is saying that, make my trip has not paid him money. Please solve this issue and oblige.

I booked this hotel for the night as I am traveling and unraveling myself and my future. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is paid service but it's good but little costly.
