Terrible Stay

The property was very beautiful. We were very unhappy with the service provided at the hotel. Nobody helped us with the shifting of the luggage, intercom was not working and most of time there was nobody to help or assist at the reception.

Not so good. Building is old. Staff is not so good. Very high rate as per their services. Bad doors. Also, had problem for checkout.

Not much to say about the same. Good infra made up but no proper admin or maintenance may be due to lack of availability of proper staff.

Need to improve a lot

Room were OK, but too many problems in the room. No one cares what your need is. No proper housekeeping, no hospitality. The worst part is their in house restaurant, staff over their are careless. Only they have a large property and nothing in its place, ants were in fruit jam & they were serving them for all, after reminding & showing them also second day they serve that again & no apologies too. Totally no suggestion for this hotel.
They say it's a lodge; it's not. It's huge! They've completely taken their name seriously. The entire construction gives you a feel of earthen architecture. Rooms are also big. There's a huge lawn in front and a big transparent window welcomes you to your room. Hotel is in the heart of Sawarna. Everything is at walkable distance. They usually offer local cultural programme in the evening but that's only when the hotel is full. Thy provide you with all kind of services like bus booking, guided jungle safari and many other. People are really polite and goes extra mile to help you out. Restaurant serves good food. The only problem that I had was that it's not situated on the river side. But all in all it was an amazing stay there and I mean it.
