The staff was really helpful. They made special arrangement for us on the occasion of our honeymoon. The breakfast buffet was also one of the best i had.

We stayed here couple of times in a span of 10 days and both the stays were very pleasant. The reason of choosing this hotel was the close proximity to the amsterdam central train station. It was only a 5 min walk from the station which helped immensely when you had luggage. While the hotel in itself is very good, the best part for a tourist is the location. Famous dam square, few museums and places for canal tours - all were in near vicinity. Hotel staffs were very welcoming and put every effort to make our stay comfortable. Although we did not eat at the hotel, but we found the restaurant was full of visitors all the time which made me believe that the food quality would have been very good. We booked executive king room which room was very spacious and well maintained. Check in and check out formalities were completed quickly. In all aspect the hotel is a top choice for tourists visiting amsterdam.

From check in to check out everything was so amazing. The staff was so helpful. Breakfast spread was really good. Location of the hotel is too good. Central station is opposite to the hotel. Overall 10/10 experience.

Our stay at Park Plaza Victoria, Amsterdam was amazing. The canal view room, was facing the Centraal Station, that kept showing us the most incredible sights of tourists all day… In the night it was even more beautiful. All the places are at walking distance… amazing shopping places in the lane just behind the hotels. I will give 10/10 for this. Dr. Sameer Sonar

Stayed for one night. Location is excellent - 5 minutes walk from central train station with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice and spacious room. Very pleasant and courteous staff.

The location is the best, central to all the major attractions. The staff is very warm and helpful, they also help you plan your day suggesting different activities you can do around

Pic shows heritage building but it is joined to another modern building and while guests are checked in at heritage wing, they are given rooms at adjacent building.

The hotel is located in a prime location and the service was fantastic. The staff was cordial and ready to help always, the rooms are clean and with the latest technological amenities. The breakfast was good but I wanted some Asian breakfast cuisines to be added but none the less the variety and quality of breakfast was excellent. Overall all a fantastic stay and I would love to come again.

Insanely located, tram and train station were right there, dam square was a 10 minute walk couldn't have asked for more.
No free water, weird elevator system, great interiors, well maintained, clean superbly located, courteous staff will stay again.
