Location is good near to sky tower. But rooms are tiny, even we are not able to walk near my bed. As per mmt, there will be locked cupboards and free drinks. It was just fun that mm t did with us. Continental breakfast is just for name. Services is just ok ok. I was shocked when housekeeping said they use drinking water same washroom use

This is a good hotel. Water and kettle is kept in the room. Con is that they are selective in serving hot breakfast to some and not to others. Rooms are extremely small. But they are equipped well. There is no cupboard or table or chair in the room. Entire night lots of noise comes from the street. Advantage is that they allow you to store your luggage post checkout without any charges. There is no one to help you carry your luggage though. They will ask for a mandatory security deposit of 250/ nzd despite me having paid the full room price in advance. But got it back upon check out. But it’s stressful. Also nothing around this hotel. Best to stay in Newmarket area. Very happening and beautiful.

Very good experience, good location near city center, very clean and hygiene maintained property. Only 28min away from the auckland airport.

Stay was good and staff was very helpful. Plug points only suitable for New Zealand angular plugs, not suitable for other country plugs.
