    Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible hotel. Only thing the hotel provides is a bed and a shower. The pictures here is not at all the reality. Everything is very poorly maintained. Anything might break. The shower hasn’t been cleaned. No restaurant is operational and they have a rule of fine if you bring food from outside. They don’t have a laundry. Unlike other hotels where the front desk people go out of their way, here the front desk says ‘no’ to everything and warns only about fine. The bell boy was sent to fix the hot water problem and he never returned. There’s a weird smell everywhere. Only thing was there sheets were at least clean. Why do you have pictures of a restaurant when your restaurant is not functional.
