Location was perfect, breakfast not to be missed, room size is good, staff behavior very good, shouldn't think twice on booking.

I got room on 14th floor out of 22 more. For which they had just one lift working. I had to wait for more than 40 min then decided to go with full of 4 bags by stair and reached around 5 floor and found you cannot go by stairs as well as it is for emergency purpose. Again I waited for 15 min and press button to go up and come back as it is the only lift working. Finally managed to exit after more than an hour and by taking stairs for around 9 floors. I was sweating in 0℃.

The hotel is well located, near the Centrum metro Station, tram and bus stops. Great breakfast and the view from the room is beautiful!

Location is very good. Everything like bus, grocery store and restaurant are near by. Room was good and location is very good place in center of the city.

Great hotel, facilities and service as expected from Novotel. Good view of Warsaw city from the room. Easy access from airport by bus. Very good breakfast with lots of selections and fresh juice. Rooms are not very big, but practically designed. Enjoyed our stay and will continue to look for Novotel in our travels.

Perfect location! Left baggage facility. Free mineral water was provided. All these three are basic need for South Asian people. Its nice for indian (I do not know about food).
