Location was quite good. The apartment was large and comfortable with a washing machine which was very handy. We arrived after midnight and the hosts were very helpful ensuring we could get in safely.
STAY AWAY!! I made the mistake of booking a non refundable room & they tried to extort me!! Apparently, since it’s non refundable you’re “stuck” paying whatever extra charge they make up. When I refused to pay the extra charges, they told me “your reservation was non refundable so if you leave you won’t get a refund". They REFUSE to refund me and we didn’t even stay there! I am appalled and will never stay in any of their hotels. There are many other options in that area. Also, there are only 3 parking spots and they are taken quickly. Parking is an extra charge per day and the nearest lot is a 10 min walk. Lastly, keep on mind that the hotel is on a very steep hill.

Quirky but cute place with amazing staff!
This apartment was really cute-had sufficient light on the rainy days, at least one one side of the place. It would have been nice to have a real door for the 2nd bedroom rather than a curtain. The bathroom stayed very wet despite a fan, so that was kind of annoying. There was a lot of noise with people coming and going at all hours of the night. Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay and the location. There is a cute cafe next door and a beautiful place to watch the sunset just up (yes, even further up!) the street. One of the best parts about this place was the staff-super friendly and helpful (obrigada Leshia!). They were so easy to communicate with before the trip and very accommodating.
Apartment was brilliant, no lift but staff there on hand to help. Excellent information on atea and things to see, can also book trips from here.
Beautiful apartment perfectly located in the very nice historical area of Porto. The apartment was clean, modern, well equipped and secure. A few minute walking distance from a nice lookout, pubs and the Torreao fine roof top restaurant which has an amazing view of Porto (Gaia) and bridges. I was on a trip with my daughter and we both felt safe since the building entrance is also lock. We loved the city and apartment so much, we ended up staying 2 additional nights. Strongly recommend this place, will rent again next time i visit Porto!

They gave us a map and pointed out where things were to help us get our bearings, and made excellent dining recommendations. Our room was cool, clean and comfortable. There was no elevator and you had to walk steep cobbled roads, so this is not the place for someone with mobility issues, but fine for us!

We had a very welcoming check in by Legia who provided lots of information about things to do in Porto. The room we had was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchenette had sufficient cutlery and dishes to prepare food and eat in if one choose to. There are tons of restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel is in a close proximity to most major sites making walking to them very convenient. I would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice clean apartment with excellent staff. 4 flight of stairs were tough! Living room had small low uncomfortable sofa with a high mounted tv. Kitchen was sufficient, but a few more cups & cutlery would reduce washing up.
Good location
This hotel room was very comfortable and the location was fantastic. You could walk to mant attractions including the waterfront and pedestrian streets. It had a nice kitchen and living room. The staff were very helpful. It made it very fun to stay in Porto. Be ready for some hills.

cherie.partnerNov 02, 2022 I stayed here while working remotely. The kitchen/living room area was bright, with large windows, and doors and was very clean upon arrival. Many stairs to get up to the suite. The location was very central to walk to everything. Overall, very quaint! I recommend.
Communication prior to the trip was great. Proved helpful to confirm what our space would include. The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a great location. The balcony was not more than a space to stand outside but a nice touch to have. Check in and out was easy. Loved Porto!

rochelle.familyJun 02, 2022 We loved our apartment 5. It was spacious and comfortable, close to everything and had kitchen and washer which was very helpful. Only suggestion is to provide fans to move air when it’s hot. There is often night time noise and if you close the windows there’s no air, especially in the loft bedroom. Also could have used extra sheets for foldout couch. Overall we were very happy.
