Overall its good. Near to ha-ram in-fact part of ha-ram right in the footsteps. Kaaba viewing rooms are charged extra. Complimentary green tea and dates are served whole day. Rooms are spacious washroom good enough. Net n clean. And a tip you need to get hold of the elevators outside of Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah to ha-ram. They need some serious upgradtion and maintenance. Very slow and buttons broken. 0 is to ha-ram p11 is Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah reception p3 and p4 is food court

Very close location to haram.. They need Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah reference 6 alphanumeric digit which did not give. It take 15 min and calls to retrieve it. The rooms can be improved by adding microwave oven and remove the non working hot plate. The temperature settings is conventional knob which has no effect at all. We switch off the a c to get a comfortable temp. The staff is courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay to perform umrah.

Amazing location close to the grand mosque. The Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah has a dedicated lift from the shopping mall to the reception. Room service was not very prompt though. The breakfast spread was minimal. Not like other 5 star Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkahs in the same complex. However the price was reasonable and value for money in that complex

One of the best Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah, which is near to ha-ram and mr. Ray-an is the best guy who gave me a very good room plus a good surprise as i came in for the first time with my wife. They gave me a really good cake and some juices amazing stuff and very near ha-ram the food is not very good, but the Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah is amazing

Location and rooms are nice. The breakfast was disgusting. Half cooked rather uncooked. The manager Rayan. He was a super gentlemen, he made a lot of efforts to ease it for me.
Room service was pathetic. The safe don't work and to replace the same, it took more than 24 hours. Breakfast too was pathetic.

As for five star Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah they don’t provide more than two bottles of small water bottles per day. Even though i have a small baby who is 4 months old and on baby milk. Location wise Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah was very good but lifts are always busy because of clock tower food court.

Location is excellent. Loved the clock tower while enjoying food or ease to go to mataf for tawaf. Hotel may be not a 5star Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah if compared with dubai Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkahs. Need renovation paint tiles and furniture is old and really shows sign it need repair.

Very comfortable. Excellent food, very close to Haram, staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend this Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah to everyone. This is the best Hotel Pullman ZamZam Makkah I have stayed in Mecca. You can find free parking which is 2 km far and take a taxi.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is very good near Haram. Only problem is that you have to walk all the way into Zam Zam Mall and change one lift from P11 to reach your room. Room service is very lazy and you have to call them repeatedly to get the room cleaned.

It’s ok nice location. Easy way to get Gale face no traffic. Rooms are clean and staff ok. There two small water bottles complimentary. I asked one more water bottle the reception person going to charge something. It’s terrible I hate that word from reception person.
