Direct lift to rooms unlike other hotels in same complex. Amazing services except the restaurant never answered the phone when i wanted to place an order. I called the reception as well but no help from them. All else was superb

I recently stayed at this hotel in room 926, and i had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff, particularly abdullah. He is incredibly hard-working, ensuring that everything was spotless and perfectly arranged each day. His attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.

The kaaba view glass was very very dirty, room service were very annoying, and when i asked for a driver it took them more than 30 minutes to get me one and i missed my train because of them.

Our stay at swissotel makkah was very comfortable and relaxing as it’s a very luxurious property very close to ha-ram sharif, makkah. Breakfast was also very good.

I have been staying at swissotel a couple times past some years as i like the location and rooms. However if a guest is coming a little early, they should have some consideration for loyal members if they are mentioning and give an early check in or at-least complimentary breakfast to accommodate the long wait as they say they are full. Also the breakfast is disappointing for a 5 star, no variety in egg, less selection of food and no fresh juices. It used to be better and hope they can work on customer service.

Swissotel makkah offers a stunning view of the kaaba, spacious and clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of international and middle eastern dishes. Its prime location, just steps from al AL Haram makes it ideal for easy access to prayer times. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and spiritually enriching stay. Highly recommended.

It was really a very pleasant stay. Location is wonderful, hotel was really clean and tidy. The best part was the view from our room. The only thing which they should improve is the breakfast menu for kids.

Exquisite experience at swissotel makkah. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay for two days. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is inexplicably clean. Helpdesk is wonderful. I would rate this hotel 10/10. If you are going to makkah look no further than swissotel. Lunch buffet was scrumptious. Variety of options and very very delicious 🤤

Loved the kaaba view room, the stay was comfortable, staff was very accommodating and breakfast was lavish. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to ha-ram and the service provided was better than most of the hotels i have stayed in mecca.
