Furama RiverFront Hotel

This is the second time we stay in furama riverfront. We had liked it when we stayed there for the first time and so, decided to stay here when we visited this time. The location is perfect to travel around. All the attractions are really easy to access from the Furama RiverFront Hotel. It's a homely atmosphere around the Furama RiverFront Hotel too. And also, the cl-ark quay is just a walk away and there you can find happening night life and good food as well. We could find a good indian restaurant among them. And, now about the stay, the staff are really welcoming, friendly and approachable. The room was spacious and loaded. There are lots of storage, good bedding, and the other furnishings. Very comfortable stay, without any disturbance. I visited this place earlier with my husband and daughter. And we stayed in the tropical wing. This time it was a girls only trip with my friend, and both of our daughters. The tropical wing room was bigger than the other room. We loved the stay, and hopefully will come back again.

The title of the package that I booked from MMT is misleading, it says "room with breakfast" and turns out there are 2 options under this and I ended up buying the room only option in a hurry, thinking that breakfast will be given. Turned out there wasn't any breakfast option included, but after called MMT, they initially denied but agreed to reimburse the cost for the breakfast. Hotel was very premium with spacious rooms with all basic necessities working well, they had an android TV with a magic remote and it was enjoyable to use. coffee and tea was available inside the room itself, also the bathtub was great. not to mention the view from the window was beautiful. I didn't get time to explore the swimming pool and other facilities they had, but I assume they were great too.

Well after lot of research, I booked this Furama RiverFront Hotel and it happened to be the best fit. Location is perfect just 15 mins walk from party places like Clarke Quay and food places Chinatown. Connectivity is good through bus and e-scooters. Hotel is best in condition, with tasty buffet. Room size is pretty good if you compare to other Furama RiverFront Hotels also. Room is bigger. You won't find bigger rooms generally in Singapore. View was good. Peaceful. Staff was very quick in service and addressing the requests but the receptionist could be better. She was very rude, however the staff was good but she always was rude. May be a bad day.

The Furama RiverFront Hotel is good with good and cooperative staff. The decor is nice. Rooms are decent size, absolutely clean and have a good view of the city. The view from waterfall restaurant looks so nice during mornings. It is conveniently located near the havelock mart (200 mt walking distance) from where you can go everywhere. Just walk down to crossing of havelock road and out-ram road and take left. Self checkout facility is also good. Scan the code and you are done in less than a minute gym and swimming pool are a couple of complementary services, open from 7 am to 10 pm.

The property is really trying to up it's game by integrating technology. The check in meant to be smoother but wasn't, however the check out was painless. Overall the stay was good, the downsides were even though there was a phone in the room none of the desks were manned. There was always a foul smell in the lobby, morning or evening property did not offer mineral water, unlike other properties near by housekeeping wasn't upto the mark. The Furama RiverFront Hotel is is good, ambience of reception is good, seems to be no one to one connect everything on personal checkin basis. The room is quite small despite the fact that they have informed that they have upgrade the rooms, however in all a good Furama RiverFront Hotel to stay for a family came as tourist as metro station is only 100 m away station name is havelok and this is the best and cheapest mode of transport to reach anywhere (most of the tourist attractions) in singapore. By all location is good to stay here. Thanks

Clean, hygienic room with all amenities that are expected. There is only one restaurant within the Furama RiverFront Hotel which serves indonesian cuisine. You can order other cuisines to your room using the concierge service. There are 2 bus stops within a few meters from the Furama RiverFront Hotel and is easily connected to everywhere else in the city. There is an mart close by too but it was not functional when we were there. There is a 7 11 right next to the Furama RiverFront Hotel and you can get anything from it round the clock.

1) breakfast is almost repeated but with options. 2) room is good 3) spacious Furama RiverFront Hotel and clean 4) reception is very good with friendly staff 5)smooth check in and check out. Were given early check in as well. 6)room is cleaned once in 3 days. Wet towels were an issue. 7)play area for kids is nice. 8) swimming pool is beautiful and hassle free entry. 9) gym is good with sufficient amenities. 10)has a paid laundry room. Overall were quite satisfied with only main issue being the room cleaning.

Hotel was at good location. Metro and buses were within 300m range from Furama RiverFront Hotel. It is near riverfront, a happening place during evening. Rooms were spacious and however there was some glitch during our room assignment by front desk who assigned smoking room to my family. We wasted around 1. 5 hours in changing to a non-smoking room. Staff services can be improved. Breakfast spread was decent. Would recommend this Furama RiverFront Hotel.

We were a family of four. 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 16. The room provided was a queen bed and a single bed. The room was spacious, however the quality of room was just satisfactory. We spent for a 6 day non refundable stay. Considering the cost of other Furama RiverFront Hotels in the same area, Robertson quay, it was a steal. It is accessible to all areas except the zoo. Recommend it for budget traveller who aren't fussy regarding quality.

The stay in furama riverfront Furama RiverFront Hotel was absolutely amazing. The property has a locational advantage as it’s near tong bahru and out-ram park mart stations. Bus stops, aft furaman and bulk 94, are very near to the Furama RiverFront Hotel. As for service, room cleaning was not regular which definitely requires an improvement. Otherwise it’s worth a stay. Will definitely recommend the Furama RiverFront Hotel.

The property is excellent and nicely designed. It's just a 5 min walking distance from havelock metro and 2min from nearest bustop. Overall thanks to makemytrip for giving us most affordable deal as we have comp-aired with many other sites but finally booked with them. Hassle free booked and just shown the booking voucher at Furama RiverFront Hotel desk and within 2 min they gave us keys. Gratitude to makemytrip team.

Awesome food, slightly overpriced. Very convenient location

The Furama RiverFront Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff behaviour was also very good. I will recommend staying once here if you are visiting to singapore.

Overall a good experience. The nearest mart is havelock. This place is nearby to gardens by bay and china town.

Excellent location for anyone visiting singapore. Mart station is 400 meters away and well connected to all parts of the city. All facilities were available at the Furama RiverFront Hotel but we did not use much during our 7 day stay. 24 hours food service available. Family and kids friendly. Most importantly it is affordable.

we stayed for 4 days. usually they clean room once in 3 days. but if we ask to clean they clean. in tour desk they book tickets for many attractions. with 2₹ lesser

Location is just perfect, all the location in just 8 km radius. Local hawker centre are amazing for food.its safe for kids and exciting place for them.

Our stay was good only during check-in we had booking for 3 adults but they demanded extra charge for extra bed but later gave after arguing which was not called for.

It is a nice Furama RiverFront Hotel ten minutes walk from the mrt. Bus stop is right in front of it. Hotel has good lobby and nice pool. Quick check in and quick check out. Room size varies. We got decent rooms. Breakfast has good option.

Had a peaceful stay at Furama RiverFront Hotel. Check in time was a bit lengthy and I had to wait.

Furama RiverFront Hotel was good.. ambiance was good.. great swimming pool.. but one improvement needed that, they have to clean rooms every day.. i understand from Furama RiverFront Hotel reception that they clean rooms once in 3 days.

Hotel is situated in Havelock road. 10 min walk from Chinatown shopping area. Major Furama RiverFront Hotels are situated in the area. 5 minutes walk for metro and 2 minutes for local buses.

Overall experience was nice. Early checkin option was quite friendly as my flight landed in the morning. Courteous staff and food was good. Overall a very pleasant stay. Also nearby mart and bus stops made travel very easy.

We booked this Furama RiverFront Hotel on mm t considering the cost which was very affordable. When we reached the Furama RiverFront Hotel, the location was just perfect, only 05 mins from nearest mart and that mart was connected to all major mart lines. Even the rooms were very clean and facilitated all amenities. Have a very confort and amazing stay ag furama

The Furama RiverFront Hotel has a big swimming pool and rooms are spacious and bathroom have tub bath which is very good for kids. The Furama RiverFront Hotel is just 500 mtr from havelock mart. The best part is that seven eleven was inside the Furama RiverFront Hotel only.
