The location is its biggest advantage. It is at the heart of city centre and mart is just at 1 min walking distance. Good service and nice room

The property is at a really accessible place with metro station just in front of it. The views are amazing and all the things are easily accessible. The food is great. The indian options in buffet are few but there are pretty good indian restaurant a few meters aways

During my stay i had to literally for petty things which i believe they should keep while carrying out housekeeping activities. E. G. Water bottles, keeping dental and shaving kits, changing of linens etc.

the stay in the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. the location is in the heart of the city and it is near mrt station so entire singapore is approachable. thank for makemytrip for the arrangements.

Location of hotel was at heart of singapore, just 100 mettes to metro station, bus stop just in front of hotel and just 10 to 20 mins ride to chinatown, little india, etc. Good eateries in walking distance. Found itvery safe with family, courteous people around. I had no glitches in my hotel stay at carlton, felt at peace with my family.

I loved my stay at carlton city hotel singapore. I booked it for my birthday and they were so sweet to give me a cake which was very delicious. Also, room was huge and very clean. It was one of the best stays in singapore and i will recommend it to everyone. I was just happy with my stay thank you

We had very high expectations when we booked carlton city. Since we arrived little early from the airport we have asked them for early check in but they bluntly said no for the early check in even though they have room available and constantly they were asking us for the upgradation frm the existing booking and demanding the extra payment which is very sad in terms of customer service.

Very convenient location, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast has lots of options and tastes good, view from upper floor rooms is good as well!
