Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

I recently stayed at pan pacific singapore and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and provided all the comfort i needed. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, which made my stay very relaxing. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Highly recommend!

Awesome location, just at marina area. We took a marina bay view room. Rooms were spacious and have a nice view of whole marinabay, gardenbay and merlion park.

Pan pacific hotel is the best choice i made. Stayed there for 5 nights. I would like to say from check-in to checkout everything was perfect and hasselfree, location, ambience, hospitality eveything is perfect. In addition to this, two good malls are connected to the property. Special thanks to mr arson, mr yuan and mr kuselan for their warm hospitality.

Rooms are quite small, i had choosen bath tub. There was no bath tub room provided and cost is quite high

about pan pacific don't have tell u anything location all star, excellent every thing is excellent. from cheak in to cheak out give all star of the earth all staff is excellent food amazing ,even they have indian food also again excellent and last the person on the reception desk mr. abhi he was very kind and very very co-opetaive . nice abhi u are rock thanks to all pan pacific staff

Best hotel to stay ever

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in India. But very easily can say that no hotel in India is providing services at this price. The buffet breakfast menu/cuisine was huge. Never seen such a great service.

Pan Pacific is a beautiful 5 star property right in the heart of Singapore. I was there for some work and my stay was filled with so many surprising elements added by hotel, in their interiors and also in the services. Shall visit again soon.

Pan Pacific is peaceful away from the hustle bustle of the City and yet not isolated. The lobby ambience makes it perfect for casual business meetings also. The indian breakfast could do with more variety and surely needs improvement
