Very cordial and well behaved staffs. Clean rooms and premises. Best is that room had blowers to heat the room to a comfortable temperature. Oh. The breakfast platter was excellent. It was next to the nelson mandela square - great location.

Stay was good but at this price benefit and complementary was not available. No water bottle in room no dental kit no shaving kit no iron machine was in room. You have to pay extra which is not fare everything was chargeable

Poor Stay

My last 7 years experience. When ever i travel south afrika and booking hotel with make my trip. Hotels reception can't find my booking then they search for my booking and it's long waiting period like 30 to 45 minutes. Always i get this problem. So please maintain your booking channel well thanks. Ok
