Breakfast and amenities are good. Shuttle buses are available from airport 3c exit. Excellent hotel very nearby the airport.

Terrible Stay

Dear mr. Das, this is reference to your e-mail below. Further to the same, i am really appalled by the service offered to me by yourselves, where in the fact is that you had never made payments to the hotel on time and due to which they kept my credit card on file to charge the same during checkout. During your conversation with me over the telephone call, you advised me that you would be calling me within the next 5 to 10 minutes which unfortunately turned into an hour and i had no other option but to provide my credit card to the hotel to let me check into their property. Further to the same you called me up after 1 hour and advised me that you would do a follow up on this case and call me the next day to revert on this which unfortunately you did not. A colleague of yours whose name i do not remember give me a call on the following day confirming that the payment was done to the hotel and he has spoken to them. During the conversation i requested him to provide me the email from the hotel confirming that they had received the funds, as they do not believe on phone calls. That colleague of yours advised me to provide me the confirmation email from the hotel within the next 10 minutes but till date there is no revert from him. Probably he was just doing a formality by giving me a call without any concrete evidence from the hotel and without knowing what i have been going through during my stay there. Not only this your hotel people made me speak with their senior who confirmed that you guys have not made a payment to them on time and that is the reason this issue was incurred. However a day before the checkout they were able to confirm the payment which was done in a haste to cover up the entire inconvenience. Surprisingly it is absolutely nonsensical and non-professional for you guys to give me a call today when your systems clearly indicate that i have checked out of the hotel in korea yesterday and now i'm staying at a property in thailand and asking me questions about the korean property now makes absolutely no sense. It is a clear indication that you guys are unaware of the issues a traveler has to face through due to your unprofessional and lay back attitude. There is nothing more that i would like to add to it.
