Fantastic property, close to metro and key attraction points. Terrace rooms have great ventilation and mornings were an absolute delight

Great service and well located

The hotel’s not near tourist attractions but well located to go around town. Great staff and they were always quick to help. Not very noticeable exteriors had me dubious as i entered but the hotel itself is very nice with rooms and washroom being good and hygienic. Breakfast spread was decent but could’ve been better. Overall a great place for a quick stay.

Meets basic needs. The lounge area is very comfortable with a range of beverage options and even some liquor is available to purchase. Aapki distance from many a cafes and restaurants.

The location was very near to good restaurant, ramble street and beach side. Very supportive staff and the view from room balcony was best from our 6th floor.

Ok, but not so great Mercure hotel

I have stayed in other Mercure hotels, so it was easy to compare. This is more of a 3-star hotel than a 4 star. What's great- breakfast, staff, location. What's not so great- Rooms feel outdated. There's no kettle provided. Rooms are not sound proof. The room light is inadequate.

Well located and value for money!

We have had a lot of stay experiences at the Accor Group and this hotel truly lived up to the brand. Located at a central city area, close to popular destinations like Parc Guel & Sagrada, this is a nice quiet hotel with limited yet nice facilities. Rooms are relatively small but very clean. The reception was quite courteous and helpful.
